00:32would always recommend to start with this position very grounded on the floor before we're going for
00:44the puppy pose just up
00:55by the way don't forget to breathe yoga it's normal to take a deep breath
01:02oh yeah follow me now let's go closer to the mat this is the puppy pose yes I know what it looks
01:13like it looks like another pose that we call it another puppy pose but you know what I mean
01:21it's really good stretch for your lower back don't forget to breathe
01:27it's normal to feel a little bit pain it's just stretching your lower back but it's really
01:35it's gonna save your back

01:48we're gonna open our hips just lay like this
01:57push your knees closer to the mat
02:01yeah you're gonna feel a really good stretch in your crotch which is also important
02:07okay now one way here let's do this just get your feet closer and start very straight back by the way

02:47bend over to the mat like for example I can go like completely like this

03:38and on least less but one of my favorites I call it a tipsy cat I really don't know what's the right name for it but um I call it a tipsy cat and it's really good stretch for lower back and shoulders I just start to roll my back my hips you can add a little bit your neck and head but again you might get dizzy
04:07so if you feel dizzy don't do it
04:10last time I did it I got really dizzy
