00:00I don't feel like a single one of us, out of the four, would ever dare, dare abandon the group chat.
00:11Pedro, you have been doing some protective father figures in your works. Where do your
00:16examples and inspirations come from? It starts with the script, of course, and servicing the
00:21story through the writing. So, initially, it's really just a matter of fulfilling what the
00:27assignment is for the character in the story. The most important thing in my life are the
00:32relationships that I have, my family, and my friends, and to anyone that is important to me.
00:38And yeah, it's something that I would protect with my life, just that personally, that's how I feel,
00:44and things that I believe in, and everything. So, I don't think it's a stretch for anybody to feel
00:49protective over the ones that they love. Sue is the heart of this team, and she's pregnant,
00:53which is very unusual in the superhero universe. So, how was this challenge for you? Because
00:58maternity is also a superpower, right? So, God, it was quite surreal to film, for sure. And even,
01:03like, wearing a pregnancy bump for half the movie. And then we had all these babies with us throughout
01:08the whole shoot. And it wasn't just Sue holding, it was all these guys. And it was an amazing thing
01:14to look across and see Eben, like, holding this tiny baby. And it was very moving to see that they're
01:18wrestling with these huge stakes of, you know, the world potentially being destroyed. And yet,
01:24they have this baby to take care of as a family. And that was really moving. A meta kind of experience
01:29to have been pregnant, had a baby throughout all of our experience, and then now be living what Sue
01:34was living through. And I wish it happened earlier so that I could then channel it into... Yeah, but I was
01:39learning a lot from Sue from it. It's amazing. It's almost like I learned a lot about being a mother from
01:43her, to be honest. I can see that you guys created a really good bond for the movie and backstage. So,
01:48I want to know which of you would be the one most probable to leave, like, the family group chat?
01:54To leave the family group chat? I have no idea who that would be. I don't feel like a single one of
02:00us out of the four would ever dare, dare abandon the group chat. Even if you are youngest, even if you are
02:08just starting your 30s, incredibly talented and handsome and in demand, you still would never,
02:14ever, ever even consider leaving such a group. And going dark for days at a time without a response.
02:20No one here could possibly commit such error. I'm tardy in my replies sometimes. I'm late on my replies.
02:29I get it. I'm the same. Sorry. I contribute to the group chat though. Do I not?
02:32Yes. When you want to. When I want to. And they want to get lit for Christmas dinner.
02:38Late for Christmas dinner. Late for anything is Vanessa. Excuse me.
02:41I really hate that reputation. With love. With love with love.
02:43They are spreading filthy, filthy reputation that's been happening since yesterday.
02:46I feel like if it was Christmas dinner, she'd be the first one there.
02:49I'd be cooking it and I'd be like, where are you guys? I'd be late to Christmas dinner.
02:53Because I'd be wrapping everyone's gifts. No, you wouldn't.
02:55For important stuff, everyone shows up. Christmas dinner's important. Do you disagree?
02:59No, I'm just. No, it's just your body language. These are very divisive questions.
03:02You're really trying to tear us apart. Yeah, you are. You're not.
03:04It's not going to work. I'm sorry. Who's going to leave us?
03:07It's not going to work. One of us is going to leave?
03:10To spread some family secrets. My grandma is the one who does that.
03:13Who's the gossip? Yeah. Oh, wow.
03:17Jury's out there. We're all quite shatty.
03:20You'll know each other's secrets. Big secret keepers, but we tell each other everything.
03:26I mean, literally everything. We're a family of oversharers.
03:29Joseph, Johnny is more than just a womanizer now, but at the same time,
03:33he has an eye for the silver surfer. How was navigating between these two sides and updating
03:39the character? That inner conflict. Yes. Well, I think what the silver surfer represents to Johnny
03:44isn't just, it's not just a crush. I think she represents something kind of ambitious and celestial,
03:51and the fact that she is able to leave the atmosphere and he isn't, makes him kind of in awe of
03:57her as well as kind of, she's a good looking silver alien. I think that there is something he is
04:02enamored by and inspired by. So I think that that's the prevailing kind of message of his relationship
04:07with the silver surfer. Evan, you often play characters with complex emotional layers and
04:13some inner conflict. So what part of Ben's essence did you try to hold on under the transformation?
04:18One of the things that attracts me to Ben, I think it's just so fascinating. I mean,
04:21he's trying to preserve as much of his humanity as possible. You know, this thing happens to him
04:26and he is in some ways like ossified or put into this shell that's, that's not him. Things that,
04:32you know, cooking and, and, and things that joking and things that keep him human, remind him that he
04:36is actually still a person because it's so, it's so hard for him. I think because of how he looks,
04:41people assume things about him. And I think he's very much trying to hold on to all the,
04:47his life from before this accident. It's delicious. It's loads of fun. He is,
04:53he's daddy doomsday. Yeah. To all of us. Truly. Yeah. He's a remarkable man. Yeah. He's amazing.
04:59If you could choose like another Marvel hero or actor to make the fantastic four a fab five,
05:04who would it be? We have a long list. Ooh, let's hurt somebody's feelings.
05:09You can choose a feel. Picking one. Picking one.
05:17Ooh. This is a really hard question. There's so many like great answers to this question. I feel
05:22you could have a buddy. Who's like your size. I would love to have Mark Ruffalo around. We have
05:26like Ian McAllen, Patrick Stewart. I want Mark Ruffalo. I would like Black Panther. I think she
05:32would be a fantastic addition to the group. We got Mark. We got the Hulk. We got Black Panther. We got
05:36Letitia. Sentry. Probably. I think he's cool. Oh yeah. Lewis Pullman. That's a good one. I mean,
05:41I've got to have a lady. Letitia is one of my faves. Scarlet's like the coolest ever. She'd be way cooler
05:47than us in every way. She would out cool. But maybe that's good. She'd raise the bar. We need her.
05:51She'd blow up the group chat. Scarlet, your hands can use you. She'd be posted on there all the time.
