00:40election. The Guardian reported this news on Friday, July 19. Tulsi Gabbard said Obama and

00:47his top administration officials laid the groundwork for a prolonged coup and fabricated false

00:52intelligence to allege Russian interference. She claimed that a controversial document was

00:59used in this, which was prepared by British intelligence analyst Christopher Steele and

01:04which they already knew to be unreliable. Tulsi Gabbard said,

01:08The information we are releasing today clearly shows that a treasonous conspiracy was carried

01:13out by the highest levels of our country's officials in 2016. Their goal was to impede

01:19the president from fulfilling his duties by insulting the will of the American people.

01:26Everyone involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent

01:31of the law so that such incidents do not happen again in the future. The country's democracy,

01:37the people's trust, and the future of our nation depend on it. Tulsi Gabbard has stated that she

01:42is submitting documents to the U.S. Department of Justice in support of her claims. These documents

01:48include a partially declassified intelligence assessment concerning cyber threats during the

01:54Obama administration and some previously classified memos released from the office of then-director

01:59of National Intelligence James Clapper. Among those named in Gabbard's allegations are then-CIA

02:05Director John Brennan, then-Secretary of State John Kerry, then-National Security Advisor Susan Rice,

02:11then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and former President Barack Obama.

02:16By making these allegations, a new debate has begun over the Russia interference issue.

02:22It is noteworthy that the investigation led by Robert Mueller stated that Russia

02:26extensively and systematically interfered in the 2016 election, but no collusion between the

02:32Trump campaign and Russia was found. Tulsi Gabbard's appointment as National Intelligence

02:37Director was one of the most controversial appointments during the Trump administration.
