00:06judging us quietly. Today I've teamed up with Little. Yes, that Little. Because who doesn't

00:14like some Hollywood sparkle along with their reasonably priced tatty scone? And today we're

00:20doing something delightfully unexpected. We'll be listening to the brave Scots who have tossed

00:28their hats into the ring in an attempt to become the voice of Little's Scottish self-checkouts.

00:35I mean, iconic doesn't even cover. So let's dive into the drama, the dialects, and hopefully

00:44no dodgy pronunciation. Okay, let's roll the first voice note from our little faithfuls.

00:51See what I did there? Well, let's be honest, Little, who would know in a wee bit of Scottish sass

00:56while scanning their tatties. I'm all for it. Unexpected Scottish voice in the bagging

01:01area. Pretty good. It's the first thing the customer hears. I feel she could be a bit

01:05more, you know, Lala. Do you like her? Oh. I lost my eyesight when I was 30, went back to

01:12university, and I just love doing little recordings like this. Gosh, that was such a lot in that

01:18story. Put the item in your bag and don't dilly-dally. Very good. Firm but sort of cheeky

01:27at the same time. That's how I've made a career. I guess I'm just passionate about using my

01:32voice. Unexpected Scottish voice in bagging area. I know. I don't think I could handle that

01:40one. Lovely though. Very good. I'm from the east coast, so I can say please place your

01:45item in the bagging area with the perfect mix of charm and mild judgment. And I like the

02:42um, tremendous. My voice is quite versatile. I can go really high. I can go quite low. And

02:50also I could try different accents within Scotland because Scotland's got different accents again.

02:54I was slightly scared of him. Put the item in your bag and don't dilly dally. Gosh, there's

03:00a real journey there. I was scared at the beginning, put the item in, and then the don't dilly dally

03:04took me on a sort of romantic, you know, break of dune sort of yesteryear. Lala, are you

03:10enjoying? What a good lady. You're giving me the chance to fulfil a childhood dream of becoming

03:17a QVC presenter. Let's see if she's been practising and she's got it right after all those years.

03:23Absolutely charming and menacing at the same time. A cheeky quip with every scan. A cucumber.

03:35Bold choice, my man. What does that mean? Well, come on. It's the Roberta Burns of modern day

03:42commerce. A for effort. Put the item in your bag. She needs some direction, but don't we all?

03:49So this would actually be an extremely niche dream come true. In one way, I feel we should

03:53help this person just because they like a sort of therapy. Oh no. Unexpected Scottish

03:59voice in the bagging area. You see, but I feel you've got to be more, you know, you've got

04:04to arrest us. And I feel it's a little downbeat. Cash or card, mate. Cash or card, mate. Cash
