16:01i'm just regretting telling her about my diagnosis why oh i don't know it's like she's made me her
16:08project don't get me wrong i love it to bits but all the flipping hovering and cups of tea is doing
16:14my head in she means well yeah but not only that she's cancelled her holiday i feel like i'm a burden
16:21well that's no good no no now more than ever you need to feel in control oh wouldn't that be nice
16:26well if you're brave enough to tell your diagnosis you can tell her watch what stand up for yourself

16:42so great you know social connection and exercise are really important yeah i've heard that now i've been
16:46doing some research and apparently these vitamins might help so what we've got is omega-3 vitamin c
16:50vitamin e now you just take a seat i'm gonna go make you a tea girly enough enough tea or amongst other
16:57things i don't need more tea i don't need more vitamins and i certainly don't need people giving up
17:03on their holidays for me how do you know about that it doesn't matter what matters is that you live your
17:08life to the fullest and you don't give up on yours because of mine i don't know i need a break and you
17:14need to go away with your fella so i am chucking you out for 48 hours go on get cracking go and pack
