01:04it. See, when you cut it, it will not feel very soft. Now we will just let it scan. After that I
01:10have added simple water to it so that it does not stick to each other and its cooking process stops.
01:15So this process is very important after boiling it. With this process your pasta will become very
01:19amazing. Now we have to take a pan. We will add 2 to 3 spoons of cooking oil to it. After that,
01:25we will add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic. We have to chop
01:31it very finely. And we have to fry both these things very lightly. We do not have to make it
01:36brown. We do not have to make it golden. Just fry it lightly. Along with this, we will add 2 to 3
01:41chilies. I have taken thick chilies here which are less spicy. And we will fry it as well. We do not
01:47have to fry anything too much. We do not have to give it color. Just fry it lightly for 30 to 40 seconds.
01:52I have added some onion here. I have added a little of the white part of the green onion.
01:59And we will also add chicken to it. I have cut it into small cubes.
02:03We have to fry it well till it becomes white so that its smell etc disappears and a very good flavor
02:08develops. It will have a very good flavor with ginger, garlic and green chilies. Now we have to
02:14cover it and let it melt well. It will take 3 to 4 minutes. The chicken will become very soft because

02:25after that we will add vegetables to it. In vegetables, I am adding capsicum and onion.

02:49instead of chili sauce. We have to add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Believe me,
02:54the pasta that will be ready with all these sauces will be so amazing. It will be so amazing that you
02:59will enjoy it. Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce here. Cook it for 20 to 30
03:08seconds. We do not have to cook it too much otherwise the vegetable will become very soft and its crunch
03:13will disappear. So we have to cook it only so much that its crunch remains intact. To enhance its taste
03:19and balance it, we will add 1 teaspoon of sugar here. We will cook it till it melts. Now we have
03:25to add cornflour or cornstarch here. I have mixed 1 tablespoon of cornflour well in 4 tablespoons of
03:31water and added it here. You have to mix it very well. There should be no lumps in it at all and we
03:37have to cook it very well. Cook it so that its rawness also disappears and it has to be thickened a
03:42little. As soon as it thickens a little, we will add pasta to it. And I will also add green onions
03:48here. You will like its crunch in the pasta. It will give a very amazing flavor. Now we have to mix it
03:54well by stirring it. Friends, while boiling it, we did not boil it 100% because if we had cooked it
04:00completely there, then when we were cooking it here, it would have overcooked. So we boiled it up to 85%
04:06there. The rest of the work will be completed here and our pasta will be cooked well. We have to mix it
04:13well so that all the sauces etc. get well coated on it. So now we do not have to cook it too much.
