E-waste, or electronic waste, refers to discarded electronic devices and components that are no longer in use, outdated, broken, or unwanted. This includes everything from mobile phones and laptops to TVs, batteries, cables, refrigerators, and printers.  Common Examples of E-Waste:  Smartphones and tablets Computers, laptops, and monitors Televisions and sound systems Refrigerators, microwaves, and washing machines Batteries (especially lithium-ion) Chargers, cables, and circuit boards Printers, scanners, and copiers
