00:12After saying goodbye to her lover, she followed him with excitement.

00:15The scenery along the way was beautiful, like a painting.

00:18But once they arrived, she realized he had tricked her.

00:20There was a massive cholera outbreak in Guizhou, China.

00:23Jack, a bacteriologist, volunteered to go to the front line.

00:26He was secretly hoping the virus would finish his wife for him.

00:28Emily felt the danger around her and grew anxious.

00:31She sat down and wrote a letter to her lover, Mark.

00:33Every word was filled with longing, but reality kept them apart.
