00:00Have you lost control of your party, Prime Minister?
00:05Prime Minister, are you punishing MPs for disabled people?
00:10Are you trying to scare your MPs, Prime Minister?
00:15Is party likely now more important than the British people?
00:30Are you punishing MPs for supporting disabled people, Prime Minister?
00:35It's such a pleasure to welcome you here to Downing Street,
00:40particularly since we've just signed the Kensington Treaty in the last hour,
00:45which is a historic document which really measures just how close our countries are
00:52and our ambition for the future.
00:55I can't actually believe that it's the first German-UK treaty of its sort ever.
01:01Kier, you are right.
01:03I was really surprised as well to realise that this is the first agreement
01:09between our respective countries after the Second World War.
01:14We never had one.
01:16We had you in the European Union and we thought this is enough,
01:20but as we are now learning, this is not enough.
01:23I'm really very, very optimistic that we are now opening a new page
01:28in our bilateral relation between the United Kingdom and Germany
01:34in terms of cooperation on so many fields of politics,
01:39especially on security, defence, but also on the economic environment,
01:44competitiveness of all industries.
