00:00This dessert was a hit in the 80's and 90's. To a large bowl, add 250 grams of
00:05dried coconut powder, 250 grams of condensed milk, put about 70% of this
00:10dough into a bowl and half tablespoon of cocoa powder. Keep kneading the dough
00:15very well until cocoa powder is fully absorbed into it. This is the right
00:19consistency. Place the chocolate dough onto a table and roll it by hand into a
00:24log. Set this log aside. Roll some cling film out on the table and place that
00:2970% of dough we've set aside on top of it. Slightly flatten this dough by hand
00:34into a rectangular shape. Get the chocolate log we've set aside and place
00:39it on top of the dough we've just shaped. Now roll up the dough over the chocolate
00:43log. Take this dessert to the fridge for about three hours. Cut it into equal size
00:47pieces. I've sliced mine into about two finger width slices. Add half cup of
00:52sweetened coconut powder to a bowl. The recipe is now ready. Thank you for sharing
00:56this recipe. See you next recipe. Bye.
