00:29She said that she likes to keep a considerable time margin whenever she steps out of a house.
00:35She said, sometimes her family members get annoyed at this habit of living well ahead

00:41Hello, good morning, a little bit of advice I would like to give everybody who's interested

00:54You know how we think that we should always be.
00:57If you're catching a flight or if you're going to a hall, anything, you know, everyone wants
01:02not to be early.
01:03So you calculate your time at home so as to be on time to the airport.
01:07And I'm somebody who always likes to have a few extra minutes in hand, like to reach everywhere
01:13on time or before time if possible.
01:15Just so that I feel that I'm not running or the time is not running out or I'm not running
01:20after time.
01:21I feel comfortable, it makes me feel powerful when I feel time is under my control.
01:27And this irritates a lot of my family members.
01:29They usually say, oh my God, my mama will reach the airport one hour before.
01:34But time and again, I've had experiences to prove that I'm quite right in the way I think.
01:39And I believe even today, just because I had enough time, I had enough time to deal with
01:46certain contingencies, certain situations that one would not anticipate with your luggage.
01:51And I'm done with all of that.
01:52And I'm sitting pretty and sitting relaxed.
01:54I had a cup of my coffee.
01:56Here I go.
01:57Had I been on time, it would have been a big stress.
02:01I may have missed my flight and thereby my work and all of that.
02:04So, guys, there's no shame in being on time.
02:07Your respect is not defined or calculated by how early you are or how much.
02:13In fact, it's always to your advantage because your nervous system is relaxed when you have
02:19time in hand.
02:20You're not stressed.
02:21So even the traffic gets to you if you are late.
02:25So if you have time management skills, so it all comes down to time management equals to
02:29stress management.
02:31When you don't feel hurried, when you're, you don't know what is the traffic you're going
02:35to encounter.
02:36But if you don't, if you have enough time, you won't feel stressed out and your nervous
02:40system will be relaxed and thereby you can cope with everything.
02:43So stress management is equal to time management.
02:47And to have time in your hand is the greatest control.
02:50I don't believe in controlling life, but if you have time in hand, you can control pretty
02:54much most everything.
02:56So give it a thought.
02:57Be early to the airport.
02:59Be on time to your work.
03:01Don't keep your friends and family is waiting because that shows respect to them and they
03:05are not upset with you.
03:07Hence you can be calm and relaxed.
03:08So stress management equals to time management power equals to time in hand.
