34:04Over these six months, Madge slashed his daily caloric intake by 600 calories,

34:11He also did 3,950 push-ups, and made 17,600 basketball shots.
34:17And, according to his doctor, if he keeps this up, he will have extended his lifespan
34:22by around five years.
34:24But before we know if this is his final weigh-in, we had a message from Madge to himself.
