00:00The following is a true story, believe it or not.
00:09A rogue group of paranormal true believers inside the U.S. government
00:15claim they've had close encounters with UFOs, ghosts, psychic powers, Bigfoot.
00:26For decades, they've been trying to find a supernatural truth.
00:32Some say they're crusaders that will change the world.
00:37Others say they could simply be crazy.
00:41Either they're telling the truth, or we have people in really important positions of government who are crazy.
00:46I have uncovered new government documents that reveal more shocking stories about this group, who I call...
00:56If you've seen a news story about UFOs over the last seven years, chances are that story came from someone in this group.
01:15Many of them either worked in the U.S. government or for the U.S. government,
01:20and have been hunting the paranormal on the taxpayer's dime, in some cases, for many decades.
01:27I've spent the last few years investigating this group, and I've debunked many of their wild stories and claims.
01:34Beyond some spooky stories, there appears to be nothing.
01:38But despite this complete lack of evidence, this group continues to passionately push forward,
01:46faithfully believing that the truth is out there.
01:50And they want American tax dollars to fund their crusade.
01:53In the 1970s, the CIA created a secret $20 million program called Project Stargate.
02:08The goal was to create psychic soldiers to fight the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
02:14The secret paranormal program was made up of various military officials, a bunch of claimed psychics,
02:21and soon-to-be world-famous magician Uri Geller, who claimed he could bend spoons with his mind.
02:28You may have heard about this from the famous book and movie, The Men Who Stare at Goats.
02:34That's the title because one of the many wacky things they did was try to literally kill goats just by staring at them.
02:42And yes, that is George Clooney.
02:45But ultimately, in 1995, this $20 million paranormal government program was shut down,
02:52after the CIA determined it was a waste of time and money,
02:56because, surprise, surprise, psychic powers aren't real.
03:01That same year, 1995, these paranormal true believers quickly found a new source of funding,
03:17real estate billionaire Robert Bigelow, a paranormal enthusiast.
03:22Bigelow hired them to investigate his supposedly haunted ranch in Utah,
03:26which is now known as Skinwalker Ranch.
03:28The things that some of these paranormal hunters claim happened at Skinwalker Ranch are mind-blowing.
03:36Bulletproof werewolves that couldn't be killed no matter how many times they shot it.
03:42Flying saucers landing in the backyard.
03:45Flying saucers and Bigfoot showing up at the same time.
03:51Dogs in trench coats standing on two legs and smoking cigarettes.
03:56And my personal favorite, the literal alien from the movie Predator running around causing havoc.
04:05Naturally, these supernatural investigators never presented any proof of any of this.
04:12Except, of course, for an evidence-free book for sale on Amazon for $13.
04:17By the way, I went out to Skinwalker Ranch myself and looked everywhere.
04:24I even spent the night there.
04:26I didn't see anything paranormal whatsoever.
04:31Absence of evidence notwithstanding,
04:33these ghost hunters soon attracted the interest of U.S. Senator Harry Reid,
04:39a lifelong member of the Mormon Church and a self-professed believer in paranormal phenomena.
04:47More importantly, Reid was a friend to Robert Bigelow, the owner of Skinwalker Ranch.
04:54And Bigelow had donated money often to Senator Reid's re-election campaigns.
05:00In 2008, Reid acquired $22 million taxpayer dollars and gave it to his buddy Bigelow
05:07to hunt spooky things at his spooky ranch.
05:11This time with the resources of the U.S. government.
05:15Now, you may be wondering,
05:16how did Senator Reid convince the rest of the United States Congress
05:21to give up millions of dollars for a super-sketchy alien-ghost adventure?
05:27Well, Reid simply didn't mention any of that.
05:31Here is the actual $22 million program Reid helped set up.
05:37There are no mentions of UFOs, ghosts, or any paranormal spooky things.
05:43Just normal boilerplate military aerospace stuff
05:47that the government normally spends money on.
05:49As such, no one outside of this one rogue group of ghost hunters
05:55knew at the time what the money was actually going to be spent on.
06:00So, with millions of taxpayer dollars in the bank,
06:03a fresh new group of Pentagon Ghostbusters
06:06flew out to Skinwalker Ranch to meet up with the OG Pentagon Ghostbusters,
06:12and together they went out to look for spooky things.
06:15They later released another evidence-free book for sale on Amazon for $19.
06:22In the book, they claimed they encountered the same things as the first book.
06:27UFOs, wolf monsters, poltergeist activity, etc.
06:33But this time, they claimed there were new creepy things haunting the ranch.
06:38The story goes like this.
06:47One night in 2009, on Skinwalker Ranch,
06:52Pentagon contractor Colm Kelleher went out to look for spooky things
06:56with a female Pentagon official.
06:58In a moonlit field, Kelleher claims they encountered
07:02a half-beaver, half-dinosaur creature.
07:07It walked slowly past them and then disappeared.
07:11The female Pentagon official was allegedly so shaken
07:14from this dino-beaver experience
07:16that she asked a Skinwalker security guard
07:19to remain outside her room for the rest of the night.
07:22This woman's paranormal encounters would reportedly
07:26not end with the dinosaur-beaver.
07:29It's claimed that the evil Skinwalker phenomena
07:32attached itself to her and followed her
07:35from the ranch in Utah back to her home in Virginia,
07:40where it haunted and tormented her.
07:43According to the Pentagon Ghost Hunters,
07:46a monster owl violently attacked her.
07:48Poltergeists wreaked havoc in her home,
07:52smashing wine bottles,
07:53and spooky ghostly orbs floated around her home.
07:57But who was she?
07:58This group is notoriously made up of men,
08:01so she's a unique addition to the group.
08:04As a journalist trying to put all the pieces
08:06of this paranormal puzzle together,
08:08I really wanted to find out.
08:10All I knew was that the Pentagon Ghost Hunters
08:13referred to her in their book
08:14with a name that has the initials JW.
08:17Another Pentagon official in his book
08:20refers to JW as beautiful, lethal,
08:25and worthy of being on the cover of Vote magazine.
08:30For years, she's remained a mystery,
08:34but two documents offered clues.
08:37One is an official letter written by Senator Harry Reid
08:41to the Pentagon in 2009.
08:43It lists the names of officials
08:46who were working on this spooky program.
08:50One of them is a woman with initials JW.
08:54This other document was created
08:56by the Pentagon contractors at Skinwalker Ranch.
09:00In it is a chart tracking what they claimed
09:03was the Skinwalker poltergeist
09:05as it follows people from the ranch
09:08back to their homes across America.
09:11One of them is a JW.
09:15After further research, talking to sources,
09:18and getting confirmations,
09:19I finally found JW, the Dino Beaver Girl.
09:27Jessica Wyatt is currently a division chief
09:30at the Defense Intelligence Agency,
09:33which is a government agency
09:34that collects and analyzes intelligence
09:36to help the military plan missions
09:38and understand threats.
09:40Wyatt did not respond to my written request for comment.
09:44I did briefly speak to her on the phone,
09:46but she declined to answer my questions
09:48about the wild paranormal encounters
09:50she reportedly had.
09:52On her Facebook, she remains friends
09:54with some of the same Pentagon ghost hunters
09:57from the Skinwalker Ranch program,
10:00like Eric Davis and Jay Stratton,
10:03who also claim their houses were haunted
10:05after leaving the ranch.
10:07In one Facebook post,
10:09Wyatt shared an image of what appeared
10:11to be a flock of birds in the sky,
10:13but she says they are not birds,
10:16but metallic UFOs.
10:19She says the spooky phenomena
10:21continues to follow her.
10:27Jay Stratton, a decorated U.S. Marine
10:38and senior intelligence officer,
10:40says the scariest thing he ever experienced
10:43didn't happen in Iraq or Afghanistan,
10:47but rather on Skinwalker Ranch.
10:49As Stratton tells it
10:51on the Skinwalker Ranch reality TV show
10:54on the History Channel,
10:55In 2009, he and two other U.S. Marines
10:58went out onto the ranch at night.
11:00He says the moon was bright
11:02and was casting shadows on the ground.
11:05As they approached a certain tree,
11:07they were overcome with fear.
11:09The closer they got to the tree,
11:11the more fear they felt.
11:14And then they discovered
11:15that they couldn't physically cross
11:17over the tree's shadow on the ground.
11:20It was as if the shadow had paralyzed them,
11:24and then up on the top
11:26of one of the ranch's abandoned buildings,
11:29Stratton says they saw
11:30a large, dark, humanoid figure
11:33like a wraith or a demon.
11:36Stratton says this evil presence
11:38followed him from the ranch in Utah
11:40back to his home in Maryland,
11:43where it continued to haunt him.
11:45At one point, Stratton claims
11:47a horrifying werewolf creature
11:49stalked his backyard.
11:50But who were the other two marines
11:57with Stratton that night?
11:58One of them publicly replied
12:00to Stratton's story on X,
12:03saying he was there that night
12:04and cooperates Stratton's
12:06spooky paranormal claims.
12:08J.L. Bourne, a pseudonym,
12:11is currently a published author
12:12of multiple fictional books
12:14with paranormal and science fiction themes.
12:17On his X account, he says he was
12:20part of this rogue paranormal
12:22Pentagon program.
12:24While looking for this book author
12:26to ask him some questions,
12:28public information led me
12:29to a Gary Ramsey.
12:32Gary Ramsey appears on both
12:35of these documents,
12:36on Harry Reid's list of
12:38Pentagon officials that hunted
12:39the paranormal at Skinwalker Ranch,
12:41and the chart of potentially
12:43haunted program participants.
12:46Ramsey did not respond
12:47to my inquiries.
12:49Once this rogue group
12:51started actually submitting
12:53their paranormal reports
12:54to the Pentagon,
12:56officials who were previously
12:57in the dark
12:58finally realized what was going on
13:00and what the money
13:01was being spent on.
13:03They were reportedly shocked
13:05and outraged.
13:06Taxpayer funding for this program
13:08was pulled in 2010.
13:10Senator Reid,
13:11who was up for re-election
13:13that year,
13:14decided to throw in the towel
13:15and walk away.
13:17The entire fiasco
13:19was completely shut down
13:21in 2012.
13:22You've probably heard
13:32of the infamous
13:33Tic-Tac UFO incident.
13:35Navy pilots in 2004
13:37supposedly encountered
13:39an extremely fast
13:40and extremely spooky
13:42Tic-Tac-shaped UFO
13:44over the Pacific Ocean.
13:46This now-famous video
13:48allegedly shows
13:49the object that they saw.
13:50In 2021,
13:5260 Minutes featured
13:54David Fravor
13:54and Alex Dietrich,
13:56two of the Navy pilots
13:58who say they witnessed
13:59the Tic-Tac
14:00and claim it displayed
14:01supernatural characteristics.
14:03Fravor had previously
14:05gone public,
14:06but this was Dietrich's
14:07first time in the public eye.
14:09She quickly became
14:11a folk hero
14:11in the media
14:12and to UFO believers.
14:14A Sigourney Weaver
14:16look-alike
14:16who'd had a dogfight
14:18with aliens.
14:19But what was never
14:21really revealed
14:22is that Dietrich
14:23is intimately connected
14:24to this same group.
14:27Back in 2009,
14:28the Pentagon Paranormal
14:30investigators
14:30interviewed her
14:31about her Tic-Tac experience.
14:34And a few years later,
14:36she married one of them.
14:39I stumbled upon this photo
14:42on Dietrich's Facebook,
14:43which led me
14:44to Michael Green.
14:46Green was one of the other
14:48U.S. Marines
14:48who was part
14:49of the Pentagon program
14:51at Skinwalker Ranch.
14:53This 2012 document,
14:55again,
14:55tracks the supposed spread
14:57of poltergeist phenomena
14:58from Skinwalker Ranch
15:00to people's homes.
15:02One of the arrows
15:03points from the ranch
15:04to Alex Dietrich
15:06and Michael Green.
15:07So what kind of paranormal
15:09activity were they experiencing?
15:11Ghosts?
15:12Wolf creatures?
15:13Aliens?
15:14Neither of them
15:15would respond to my inquiry.
15:16But all of this seems like
15:18important context
15:19that the public should know.
15:21Both Green and Dietrich
15:22are currently advisors
15:24for a UFO advocacy group,
15:26along with some of the same people
15:28from this same group.
15:31The group is lobbying Congress
15:33to spend more resources
15:34on UFOs.
15:36Dietrich was recently
15:37a keynote speaker
15:39at a Bigfoot festival.
15:40In 2017,
15:52members of this group
15:53somehow convinced
15:54the New York Times
15:55to credulously print
15:56their story
15:57and their claims
15:58on the front page.
16:00The Times story
16:01was rife
16:02with errors
16:03and inaccuracies.
16:05But that didn't stop it
16:06from becoming
16:06a massive global sensation.
16:08Because of the onslaught
16:10of media coverage
16:11caused by the Times story,
16:14which was then heavily promoted
16:15by members of this group
16:17of true believers,
16:18Congress put pressure
16:19on the Pentagon
16:20to look into UFOs.
16:23And so in 2020,
16:24the Pentagon created
16:25an official UFO task force
16:27to actually,
16:29officially this time,
16:31investigate UFOs.
16:32But who was going to be
16:34on this task force?
16:35I mean,
16:36now that the Pentagon
16:37knew about these
16:39true believers
16:39in the unauthorized
16:41paranormal program
16:42they were a part of,
16:44there's no way
16:44the Pentagon
16:45was going to let them
16:46anywhere near
16:47this new thing, right?
16:50Right?
16:51The Pentagon
16:52put some of
16:53the same people
16:55from this same group
16:57on this new task force.
17:00Why?
17:01How?
17:02What is going on here?
17:03I've asked the Pentagon
17:05this question
17:06and have not gotten
17:07an answer.
17:08Anyway,
17:09so the Pentagon
17:10Ghostbusters
17:10were back at it again.
17:12And this time,
17:13they added even more
17:14paranormal believers
17:15to their team.
17:16I've previously reported
17:17on many of the names
17:18and faces you see here.
17:20Links to my reports
17:21are in the description below.
17:23But there were
17:24other Pentagon officials
17:25who participated
17:26in this new task force
17:27who for years
17:28remained unknown.
17:30But I found some of them.
17:31and their stories
17:33are just as crazy
17:34as you would expect.
17:44Sarah Gamm
17:45has been a Pentagon scientist
17:46for the last two decades,
17:49working with various
17:50military agencies
17:51and contractors
17:52on very sensitive
17:54national security initiatives.
17:56She says she served
17:57as an analyst
17:57for the Pentagon UFO task force.
17:59Gamm claims that in 2012
18:02she died
18:03after a surgery
18:04in the hospital.
18:06She says she went to heaven,
18:08saw God,
18:09and he sent her back
18:10to her body on Earth.
18:12She says she woke up
18:14with accelerated psychic powers.
18:17These powers, she says,
18:18gave her the ability
18:19to both see
18:20and communicate
18:22with ghosts,
18:24spirits,
18:24and angels.
18:25She says she's also
18:27used her psychic powers
18:29to find aliens
18:30hiding on Earth.
18:32For years,
18:33Gamm offered up
18:34her psychic services
18:35for various prices.
18:37For example,
18:38she could help you talk
18:39to a dead person
18:40for $100 an hour.
18:42Currently,
18:42when she's not working
18:43on sensitive
18:44national security initiatives
18:46for the U.S. Army,
18:47she attends ghost festivals
18:48and talks to spirits.
18:50Gamm did not respond
18:52to my request for comment.
18:53Kevin Brown was a U.S. Army official
18:56for 28 years.
18:57He spent the last two years
18:59of his government career
19:00as an intelligence analyst
19:01for the Pentagon's
19:02UFO task force.
19:04Brown,
19:05who spoke to me
19:05on the phone,
19:06says his interest
19:07in hunting the paranormal
19:08goes back many years.
19:11He says one time
19:12while staying
19:12at the Stanley Hotel,
19:14which is the hotel
19:15featured in the movie
19:16The Shining,
19:17the ghost of a 12-year-old girl
19:19attached herself to him
19:20and followed him home.
19:22He says the dead girl
19:23now haunts his house,
19:25plays tricks on him,
19:26and often tickles his feet
19:27while he sleeps.
19:29He says he later learned
19:30her name was Katie
19:31and that she was killed
19:32at The Shining Hotel.
19:35Brown says he was
19:36one of the Pentagon
19:36task force analysts
19:38who determined
19:39that the objects
19:39in this U.S. Navy video
19:41were flying pyramids.
19:43This, however,
19:44was later debunked.
19:46The objects in the video
19:47are actually just
19:48out-of-focus stars
19:50and only looked triangular
19:52because the camera
19:53had a triangular iris.
19:56But despite this,
19:57Brown tells me
19:58he continues
19:59to hold his belief
20:00that these are pyramid UFOs
20:02being flown either
20:04by aliens
20:05or humans
20:06from the future.
20:08Brown,
20:08now retired
20:09from the Pentagon,
20:10currently attends
20:11and speaks
20:12at paranormal festivals
20:13and does psychic ghost tours
20:15with his close friend,
20:17Sarah Gamm.
20:25David Grush
20:26is probably someone
20:27you've heard of.
20:28He's a U.S. Air Force reservist
20:30who claims he once
20:31had very high security clearances
20:33to very sensitive areas
20:35of the military.
20:36In 2023,
20:38he testified to Congress
20:39that the government
20:40is hiding alien UFOs
20:42in alien bodies.
20:44This made headlines
20:45around the world.
20:47But something
20:47you haven't heard yet
20:48is that back in 2021,
20:50Grush,
20:51without proper authorization,
20:53expanded a pre-existing
20:54top-secret program
20:56to include a new mission
20:58for UFO acquisition
21:00and research.
21:01The goal of this rogue effort
21:03was for true believers
21:05to get their hands
21:06on crashed UFOs,
21:08take them apart,
21:09and study them.
21:10But how does one
21:11get a UFO to experiment on?
21:14Well,
21:15for many years,
21:16UFO believers
21:17have spitballed a few ideas.
21:19One idea was to use
21:20psychic powers
21:21to summon the UFOs.
21:24This idea actually
21:25made headlines
21:26in January 2025,
21:28when Air Force veteran
21:29Jake Barber
21:30went public
21:31about his supposed
21:32alien experiences.
21:33Barber claims
21:34he can summon UFOs
21:36with his mind.
21:37And David Grush
21:38was recently sighted
21:39at the Esalen Institute,
21:41sitting next to Barber
21:42and New Age gurus
21:44for psychic summoning conference.
21:46The participants
21:47put on these magic goggles,
21:49lay out in the desert,
21:50and train their psychic mind powers
21:52to beckon the UFOs to come.
21:54They claim this is real
21:56and that it works,
21:57but no real evidence
21:59of this has ever been provided.
22:00Another idea to summon the UFOs
22:03actually goes back many years.
22:05True believers claim
22:06the aliens are attracted
22:08to nuclear weapons.
22:10So a nuclear bomb
22:11detonated in the Pacific Ocean,
22:12for example,
22:13could attract UFOs,
22:14which could then,
22:16according to believers,
22:17be brought down with lasers
22:19or psychic powers
22:20or who knows.
22:21Because luckily,
22:22this rogue program
22:23never got that far.
22:25It was discovered
22:26and shut down.
22:27A 2024 Pentagon report
22:29says members of Congress
22:31were notified of its existence,
22:33assured that they never
22:34actually did anything,
22:36and that the program
22:36was terminated for, quote,
22:38lack of merit.
22:40And that's putting it lightly.
22:42Now, if you're a little concerned
22:43to learn that the government
22:44employs and gives high
22:46top-secret clearances
22:47to fringe paranormal
22:49conspiracy people,
22:50you're not alone.
22:51In 2023,
22:54then-Senator Marco Rubio
22:56told Fox News.
22:57Either they're telling the truth,
22:59and that is something
22:59that obviously would be
23:01the biggest story
23:02in human history,
23:03or we have people
23:04in really important positions
23:05of government
23:06who are crazy
23:07and who are out there
23:08making up stories
23:09and who are still
23:10in positions of importance.
23:11Either one is a big problem.
23:13In 2024,
23:14Sean Kirkpatrick,
23:15who was the director
23:16of Arrow,
23:17the Pentagon's
23:18current UFO office,
23:19released a report
23:20debunking the claims
23:22of these Pentagon
23:23true believers.
23:24After retiring
23:25from the Pentagon,
23:26Kirkpatrick stated
23:27that there is a zealous
23:28paranormal religion
23:30inside the U.S. government.
23:32And he says this religion
23:34is a potential
23:35national security threat.
23:37I think that is disturbing
23:38and should be a flag
23:41for the national security community.
23:44Because how can you
23:46then trust those people?
23:47How can you trust them
23:49with our national secrets?
23:51Adding an even weirder twist
23:54to all of this
23:55is a bombshell
23:56Wall Street Journal report
23:57revealing that the U.S. government
23:59itself was the source
24:02of many of these
24:03paranormal UFO claims.
24:05The report says
24:07the government created
24:08fake UFO images
24:09and promoted rumors
24:11about aliens
24:12to cover up their own
24:14top secret
24:15human-made technology.
24:17I interviewed one
24:19of the Pentagon officials
24:20who discovered all this
24:21and he estimates
24:23thousands of government officials
24:25were convinced
24:26that aliens were real
24:28because of these
24:29fake stories
24:30planted by the government.
24:32There was a lot of
24:34misbehavior by our government.
24:36Early on
24:37we built these UFO cover stories
24:40to protect what we were
24:41really doing.
24:42To what extent
24:43the government inspired
24:45all these Pentagon paranormal believers
24:47to chase fake monsters
24:49is still yet to be seen.
24:52But one thing's for sure
24:53these supernatural crusaders
24:56are still there.
24:58Still searching
24:59undeterred
25:00for their truth.
