00:15In his first visit to Asia since taking office, Rubio and his delegation arrived at approximately 7.53 a.m. at the Royal Malaysian Air Force Base in Subang.
00:28They were received by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Special Functions, Datuk Syed Mohamed Bakri Syed Abdulrahman, U.S. Ambassador to Malaysia, Edgar D. Kagan, and Chargé d'Affaires at the U.S. Mission to ASEAN, Kate Rebholz.
00:45Lavrov, who appeared more relaxed, arrived with his delegation at 8.27 a.m.
00:51The group was welcomed by Syed Mohamed Bakri and Russian Ambassador to Malaysia, Niall M. Ladipov.
