00:00The Public Accounts Committee, or PAC, has summoned Finance Minister 2, Datuk Seri Amir Hamza Azizan,

00:07to testify on Thursday regarding the sale of shares and privatization of Malaysia Airport's Holdings Berhad, or MAHB.

00:16PAC Chairperson Datuk Mas Ermiyati Samsudin, in a statement on Wednesday,

00:22said the session is part of ongoing proceedings related to the management of public airports

00:27under the purview of the Finance Ministry, MAHB, Kazana National Berhad, and the Employees' Provident Fund.

00:35This week alone, the PAC has conducted six hearings involving six key witnesses.

00:41They include former MAHB CEO Raja Azmi Raja Nazudin, Hong Leong Investment Bank CEO Lee Jim Leng,

00:51and QOAP CEO Datuk Nik Amlizan Mohamed.

00:53Other witnesses were PNB Group President and CEO Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad,

00:59Bursa Malaysia CEO Datuk Fadl Mohamed,

01:02and Securities Commission Executive Director Datuk Zain Azari Mazlan,

01:07who represented SC Chairman Datuk Mohamed Faiz Azmi.

01:12To date, the PAC has held 14 proceedings on the issue of public airport management.

01:21after statements from all relevant parties have been recorded.
