18:44what they were going to do is if and there was laws being introduced at the time that if you didn't
18:49take the vaccine it would be a force of police presence and uh if you didn't if you refuse the vaccine you
18:54would be put onto a bus and taken to a quarantine camp and they were known as fema camps and these
18:59fema camps all over the country um and basically if you didn't take the vaccine you would never be
19:05heard from again uh you would just disappear and and then they had this whole new um form of society
19:13that they had ready for the whole world and it was outlined in a document that's now referred to as
19:17the lockstep document but it was i think it was called scenarios and technology for the future
19:21released by the rockefeller foundation where they talk about a more tighter form of top-down
19:26authoritarian government there was going to be biometric surveillance digital ids which we later
19:31saw with bill gates and his id 2020 and it's crazy because this is what they call you a conspiracy
19:36theorist for talking about this even though it's public information you can go to mit's own website
19:41they talk about bill gates project to create quantum dot die tattoos where they were going to create
19:47literally literal barcode tattoos where they would be scannable with a smartphone that stores your
19:51vaccine and your medical history and it would be connected to a digital id to your facebook to
19:55your your driver's license your social security your and it was going to be implemented with
20:00vaccines you would be get a barcode tattoo and this is everything that's been talked about for a long
20:05time patriots like bill cooper who was actually killed for speaking out against this he was he wrote
20:11a book called behold a pale horse he was a naval intelligence officer with q clearance that became a
20:16whistleblower and started speaking out on everything he found out what is q clearance q clearance is
20:21the highest level of clearance basically that exists in the government so he uh bill cooper had q
20:26clearance he had the highest access to all the top secret classified information and he was horrified

20:36they had this plan to depopulate humanity and round up dissenters into into camps they were going to
20:41suspend the constitution use continuity of government uh as a way to suspend the constitution and and round
20:47people up in the camp massachusetts the legislature is acting rapidly on a bill updating what the state
20:52can do at a public health emergency that bill has languished on beacon hill for some time but with
20:57the flu outbreak it's now racing through the legislature necns josh brogadier is at the state
21:03house in boston tonight josh rd the state senate passed this bill bill 2028 today they did so unanimously
21:11and it gives the governor and the health commissioner the power to act in the public's interest in case in
21:16any kind of medical emergency timing sped up a hearing and ultimately unanimous senate approval
21:22the pandemic and disaster preparation and response bill in massachusetts the bill gives the public
21:27health commissioner the discretion to respond to an outbreak like the kind going on in mexico
21:32to close or evacuate buildings enter private property isolate or quarantine people to get and
21:37distribute meds and vaccines the bill also protects health care workers from liability josh any penalty if you
21:44don't follow the emergency declaration rules it can actually get to be a pretty severe penalty because
21:50for each day someone didn't follow a rule for example if somebody was asked to be quarantined and they
21:55decided not to follow that it could be a fine of up to a thousand dollars per day they didn't follow

23:00this because back then nobody believed me when i tried when i tried to tell people
23:03and sound the alarm hey they want to they want to create a fake pandemic they want to force
23:07vaccines on people bill gates wants to lower the population no one believed me no everyone thought

23:40we have a president like trump who opposed mandates he opposed war he opposed the military industrial

23:53your republican democrat they both agree on the war they might disagree on smaller surface issues but
23:59they both agree on war they both agree on mandatory vaccines you have somebody like trump coming in

47:41was a city the greater boston area was put into martial law and they had militarized police going

47:56by the police and because they're looking for these so-called terrorists that probably most likely

48:12and nobody did anything it was a successful test of obedience so what trump did is he removed that
