04:45A prominent Indian analyst, Praveen Sahni did a wonderful analysis on it
04:50Let's watch it for more clarity
04:53Deputy Chief of the Indian Army, Lieutenant General Rahul Singh was speaking at the FIKI seminar recently
05:00There he made some observations and spoke of the lessons that the Indian military has learnt from Operation Sindhuur
05:07It's important that these lessons be correct otherwise the war appreciation of the Indian military can go dangerously wrong
05:17So what I have done is picked up a few of the observations and lessons learnt mentioned by Rahul Singh for discussion in the video
05:27In no particular order
05:29Let me start with his observation that Sindhuur was about one border two adversaries
05:37And then he added the third adversary also
05:40So you see when a senior military commander talks of one border two adversaries or one border three adversaries
05:47It sounds more like there was a combined operation and combined operation is what NATO does
05:54So it sounded more like a combined operation against India in Sindhuur which it was not
06:01But Rahul Singh clarified by saying what he meant
06:06He said that in Sindhuur Pakistan was the front face
06:10China provided support in terms of military hardware
06:14Since 81% of Pakistan equipment is of Chinese origin
06:20Once again this is insignificant because when you look at the inventory of the Indian military
06:26It gets military support from multiple countries like France, Russia, US, Israel
06:32Rahul Singh further said that in Operation Sindhuur, the PLA provided Pakistan with its non-kinetic capabilities support
06:44This is significant
06:46But the most important and significant was underplayed by Rahul Singh
06:52And that was that after 5th August 2019 when India removed 370 from Jammu and Kashmir
07:00Anybody who has followed what is going on between the PLA and the Pakistan military would know
07:08That as far as the two air forces were concerned
07:12The Pakistan Air Force and the PLA Air Force
07:16They started doing advanced realistic combat training
07:22Now this is a big thing
07:24And this is something the Pakistan Air Force could have only done with a trusted partner which is PLAF
07:30Because what happened here was

07:40What the Pakistan Air Force told the world
07:44Was called multi-domain operation
07:47Where it was not about a few aircraft
07:49What used to happen earlier
07:52It was about so many more aircraft

08:05That it called for extensive training
08:08Extensive training of the Pakistan Air Force
08:13That they had been doing for the last 6 years

08:22And I have said in my earlier videos also
