00:58Fear is the opposite of faith and faith is a light and a guidance that comes into the

01:07That light that comes into the heart when we begin to teach the meditation, teach the tafakkur,

01:13it's the anger and the ignorance makes a fire within people's hearts.

01:23Means if people have anger in their heart they have an ignorance on their being then everything

01:30ruled by them is fire.

01:35The tariq Islam Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ came to take away ignorance.

01:44So means the reality of deen is to conquer ignorance and bring guidance.

01:52As soon as guidance begins to come into the heart the teachings the way comes into the heart

02:00a light will begin to enter into the heart.

02:04That guidance begins to take down that anger and the qadab that entering into the heart.

02:13We've described many times it's like walking in a crowded room but with your eyes closed.

02:19If you hit the table two times you're going to be screaming angry because you're bumping

02:23into everything and hurting.

02:27The guidance the religion the teaching is a way in which to take the veils off and a guide

02:38is essential because you can't see but he sees.

02:43That's why guides should be open-hearted not the blind leading the blind.

02:49And don't ever ask anyone a question other than your shaykh.

02:56You've opened and broken your a'uzu.

03:01That you ask somebody blind a question it's the blind leading the blind and now the children

03:08and teenagers that's all they do.

03:10They ask fellow crazy people, what should I do?

03:14What should I do?

03:15What should I do with this?

03:16What should I do with that?

03:18How should I do like that?

03:22Why would you open yourself to ask all of those things?

03:26Most of your friends are crazier than you and you want them to give you guidance?

03:33Imagine then what type of garbage people are collecting.

03:36They sit they think that's a good thing.

03:39I'll ask my friend, what should I do?

03:40What should I do?

03:41One you've lowered yourself, showed yourself as weak and put upon somebody else now the

03:50role of being a shaykh for you.

03:53You change your relationship that's no longer a relationship of friendship.

03:58That's a relationship of somebody always wanting to see you and tell you what to do.

04:03So, tariqah comes and teaches, don't ever do that.

04:09Don't ask anyone anything other than your shaykh.

04:15So that you don't give the perspective or the point of being weak.

04:21And that you don't want to have 15 opinions coming into your mind and becoming schizophrenic.

04:29Imagine schizophrenia is waswases.

04:32Some people have multiple personalities like five different waswases at a time talking to

04:37them.

04:38Imagine if you made that into actual insans.

04:42How?

04:43Ten times worse.

04:44Thousand times worse.

04:45That five people are continuously telling you all the time what to do and each coordinates

04:52a different direction until your mind just splits and says, I don't know, I become anxious,

04:59depressed and all sorts of sicknesses.

05:02Tarikah comes with the perfection of character.

05:05Normally you have to ask.

05:08You pray to your Lord, you make salawats upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, read Qur'an for your

05:13guidance and if Allah inspire you to a guide then ask the guide.

05:21What is my coordinates for my life?

05:23What should I do on a daily basis?

05:25And we said before the guidance they give you'll know your tariq by this guidance is

05:31this way and your opinion is that way.

05:35So your tariqah is what?

05:37It's just this distance on how to shift what you think into what they're teaching.

05:45When you're meeting the understanding of what the guide is teaching you, the coordinates

05:50that the guide is suggesting for you and you've come to the taslim that, you know I don't

05:57know.

05:59And then if Allah inspiring within you the coordinates for me because the real guides

06:05who, Atiyya Allah, Atiyya Rasul, Wa ulul amri minkum, they have a file on who you are.

06:14Like a doctor's clinic now it's all electronic.

06:18You don't even have to… old times the doctor had to have your actual file.

06:22He had to actually fax it to somebody else.

06:24Now it's all electronic.

06:25You go into the doctor he's been dedicated to you from your insurance company, walk in

06:30he knows, hello how are you?

06:32Just tell me your date of birth.

06:33Oh these are all the medications you're on.

06:35It already has everything there.

06:37You think if Allah did that for dunya he doesn't have that for akhira?

06:42Your electronic file is already flowing.

06:45You merely make the connection that file is downloaded its guidance, its coordinates is

06:49already there.

06:51Every guidance they're giving is based on that file that's there to take you to that

06:56destination.

06:59And taslim before you can submit is tend to hear the coordinates and say, yeah I don't

07:05agree with you.

07:07Then your whole life is about how to bring it back, bring it back, bring it back until

07:12you feel that you feel and you think and you understand like he understands.

07:19And it's all based on the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.

07:24Not the based on the love of that person, we're not making an idol out of a person.

07:29He's merely like a life coach.

07:31He should play an invisible role in your life.

07:36That you ask a question he gives an answer and guidance, suggestions to you, never a command.

07:43Nobody's capable of carrying any command.

07:45Gives a suggestion, I think like this.

07:49And your whole life is to chew on that and think that in my heart I should be trying to

07:53accomplish maybe closer to that.

07:56I want to conquer the earth and he's telling me to conquer myself.

08:02And that becomes the whole path and that whole reality.

08:07What's the question?

08:10That's it.

08:12So means this light comes in, this guidance comes into the heart.

08:17When the guidance comes your eyes can see, I've seen the glory of my lord, it's coming

08:24down, it's coming down.

08:25Because you can see now, when you see you're not angry.

08:29You're supposed to be angry about.

08:32You know people on the street they're angry.

08:34Why?

08:35Because they don't see.

08:37If they could see that this is a time in which Allah said, this world is coming to an end

08:45and very holy people are coming, why are you on the street screaming then?

08:50You should be in your house?

08:52Wow!

08:53Subhanallah ya Rabbi let me to see these magnificent souls that look like they're going

08:57to be arriving really soon.

09:01But when they're ignorant they want to go and throw bricks and anger.

09:07Did you not understand last days where there would be no justice on earth and you're surprised

09:14that they're killing people?

09:18Because one man here he can't breathe.

09:21They killed 600,000 people.

09:25None of them could breathe when they were dying either.

09:29And they went another place and killed another million people and they didn't breathe either.

09:35You don't see what time this is?

09:37You're just surprised it's here now.

09:40The Muslim world has been suffering for the last 12 years like that.

09:45Been raped, killed, massacred if you don't know the time then you become angered.

09:55If you know the time and you meditate and contemplate and say, this is exactly what my Lord has decreed.

10:03This black cloud is moving.

10:06My job stay out.

10:09Pray that I have good character to see these blessed souls.

10:13That's why his meditation is not an entertainment but it's a life-saving ability to meditate

10:20and contemplate so that you never make the wrong choice to be at the wrong place at the

10:26wrong time and all of a sudden find yourself in an immense grief and difficulty that you

10:32can't take yourself out of.
