00:00It's the one race that, you know, transcends cycling itself.
00:04It's the one race that the general public is aware of, not just cycling fans.
00:10It's, you know, it's the big show every year. It's the pinnacle of the season.
00:15You know, so for us, it's obviously also the highest pressure point of the year.
00:20You know, you enjoy the enthusiasm of the public.
00:22You enjoy the fact that for one month a year, you sort of get notoriety that transcends the sport of cycling.
00:28But you also get the pressure that comes with that and the fact that, you know,
00:34the sponsors and the financial backers, this is the race that counts,
00:37and it counts more than, you know, than everything else combined.
00:42Well, our aspirations are very simple, and the balance is also very simple.
00:46You know, we don't have a GC rider. We don't have a specialized sprinter.
00:51We have a team of eight riders that are all capable of winning a stage on their own right
00:58if things unfold in the way that suits them.
01:04And different ones for sort of different situations.
01:07We've got guys that can win a reduced bunch sprint.
01:10We've got guys that can win from a breakaway in the mountains.
01:13We've got guys that can win from a breakaway in the flats.
01:15We've got guys that can win from a breakaway in the hilly stage.
01:18So, you know, we've got 21 opportunities to win one day of the race.
01:24And in that way, it's almost like a completely chaotic but entirely focused approach.
01:29For me, I'll go with the easy pick with Pogaccio.
01:35You know, I mean, I hope that Vinigard proves me wrong
01:38and that it proves to be an incredibly competitive race.
01:41I mean, I think, you know, Evenepoel also is in that mix a little bit,
01:44especially in the fact that there's a time trial early on,
01:47and Evenepoel might prove to be, you know,
01:52somebody that can get the yellow jersey after that time trial.
01:54Then he might be a little bit more stubborn to pull out of that yellow jersey later in the race.
02:00But all that said, I hope that it's a more dynamic race.
02:04But logically, I think it's a Pogaccio blowout.
