Teodoro proclaimed as Marikina solon following delay complaints

Former Marikina City Mayor Marcelino Marcy Teodoro was finally proclaimed as the city's 1st District Representative on Tuesday, July 1, following alleged delays by the local Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in carrying out the proclamation.
