00:13the actress pokes fun at the nuptials of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez,

00:17as well as their guests.

00:19Saying during her speech at the fundraiser, per the Hollywood Reporter,

00:23I think we might be the only people who did not get an invite to the Bezos wedding,

00:28but that's okay because they suck and we're cool.

00:33And while the Oscar winner may just be joking,

00:35she's not the only one taking a jab at the Amazon founder's extravagant celebration in Venice, Italy.

00:43Former Today Show host Katie Couric shared some harsh words of her own

00:47regarding the couple's lavish star-studded ceremony.

00:51Commenting on a now-deleted Instagram post featuring Vogue's photo shoot of Lauren in her wedding dress,

01:05However, the criticism surrounding their big day doesn't seem to be affecting Jeff and Lauren,

01:11with the former journalist telling Vogue in an interview published June 27th

01:15that she's just focusing on transitioning into the next stage of her life.
