Tomahawk Steak with Garlic Butter Lobster 🥩🦞

00:00Hanging tomahawk steak with garlic butter lobster. Today is my birthday and I thought I'd celebrate
00:05it right by hanging a tomahawk steak. Seasoning with my bourbon prime seasoning from Spiceology.
00:10We're going to hang this on our Bria Y series until it's about 90 degrees internal. Then we're
00:14going to slice up some lemons mincing up some garlic and chop some chives. Set that to the
00:19side then once the steak is looking good we're going to sear it off on the grill grate until
00:23it's about 120 internal. Pull it off and let it rest then we're going to add a cast iron skillet.
00:28I'm going to brown some garlic, deglaze with white wine and lemon juice then add in that
00:33lobster meat topping with my chipotle garlic seasoning. Once that's good pull it off,
00:38add that on to our tomahawk steak finishing with some chopped chives.
