WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Amerika Serikat (AS), Donald Trump menyampaikan bahwa gencatan senjata di Gaza, Palestina akan dilakukan pekan depan.
Hal itu disampaikan Donald Trump menjawab pertanyaan awak media di Gedung Putih, Washington, pada Jumat (27/6/2025).
"Saya sering bertanya, dan saya rasa ini dekat. Saya baru saja berbicara dengan beberapa orang yang terlibat. Situasinya sangat buruk dan sedang berlangsung. Gaza, dia bertanya tentang itu. Dan kami pikir dalam minggu ini kita akan mendapatkan gencatan senjata," ujar Trump.
Menurutnya, pihaknya melakukan tindakan tersebut di Gaza atas dasar kemanusiaan.
"Kami melakukan ini karena saya rasa kita harus melakukannya, atas dasar kemanusiaan," tambahnya.
