00:24peace, security, and trust deficits. And the root cause of these problems is increasing
00:32radicalization, extradition, and terrorism.
00:36Eccency, peace and prosperity cannot co-exist with terrorism and the proliferation of weapons
00:43of mass destruction in the hands of the non-state actors and terror groups. Dealing with these
00:51challenges require decisive action, and we must unite in our fight against these evils
00:58for our collective safety and security. It is imperative that those who sponsor, nurture,
01:06and utilize terrorism for their narrow and selfishness must bear the consequences.

03:23carried out a dastardly and a heinous attack on the innocent tourists in Pahlagam,
03:31in the Indian state of the Jumbo encarcered. 26 innocent civilians including a Nepali national were killed.
03:41Victims were shot right after they were profiled based on the religious identity.
03:50The resistance front, which is a proxy of UN designated terror group Laskari Toiba claimed responsibility for the attack.
03:59The pattern of the Pahlagam terror attack matches with ELIT's previous terror attacks in India.
04:07In exercising its right to defend against terrorism and pre-imp as well as data further cross-border terrorist attacks,
