05:34and had come over for some extra training and to be a part of the festivities at Wrestle Kingdom that year.

05:52In the pandemic of 2020 a lot of people went home, Gabe Kidd at first couldn't go home and when he could go home he chose not to and that put a tremendous tremendous mental strain on Gabe Kidd and it pushed him to the very very darkest of places, the sort of places we don't want anybody to ever go through.
06:21And Gabe had to undergo a good period of time to try and clear away and have professional assistants like was there from Tanahashi. Professional assistants to try and not disperse, not to dispel those demons but deal with them somehow. It was Tanahashi that called Gabe Kidd every single day.
06:45And Gabe Kidd, while Gabe was going through those procedures, FaceTimed with him every single day as he was in a mental institution to help Gabe Kidd through those issues. Those were the bonds that those two men had.
07:01And Gabe Kidd, and Gabe developed tips on his shoulder in the interim, joined War Dogs, came back April of 2024 with some very bitter vitriol directed towards Hiroshi Tanahashi, directed towards All Elite Wrestling.
07:26And they went through ups and downs, and they went through ups and downs, did Gabe and Tanahashi certainly.
07:31And it's those ups and downs that connect us.And Tanahashi's tears at the Tokyo Dome told a massive story.
07:41As does to some perhaps the controversial story over the presence of the Deathriders logo on Gabe Kidd's knee pad.
