Pascal Siakam des Indiana Pacers s'est exprimé après la défaite 103-91 de son équipe contre Oklahoma City Thunder dans le match 7 des NBA Finals.  Siakam dit avoir retrouvé sa joie de jouer au basketball après avoir été transféré aux Indiana Pacers.

01:22It's just a tough situation, but we're all behind him.

01:24I mean, he was in the locker room, you know, like talking to everyone

01:27and just how selfless he is, you know, like he's going through some tough times

01:32and, you know, he looked out for us and he wanted to be there for us

01:35and it just shows his character and who he is as a player

01:39and it's one of the big reasons I'm here

01:42and, you know, he made it kind of super fun for me to be here.

01:47It's just, you know, like a couple of years ago, you know,

01:54like I think, you know, basketball was just, yeah, it was kind of dark for me

01:58and like, you know, it was just not fun at all.

02:02And like I traded here and, you know, these guys, they just gave me, you know, a boost

02:06and I started with Ty obviously, but just playing with these guys has been so incredible.

02:12just found my joy for the game and just playing with so much, you know, swagger and happiness

02:21and that's just all I want to do, like as a player, man.

02:24And I lost that for a while and it's just so incredible that I came to a team like these guys

02:29and Chad, KP, like Herb, Herb Simon, like the whole, you know, ownership group,

02:35like coaches, Rick, like, you know, yeah, I didn't think like, you know, this was possible,

02:43you know, just because of the situation that I was in

02:44and just to see how amazing we did this year and all the things that we accomplished.

02:49It's just, it's obviously there's no more victory because we want to win

02:52and we thought, you know, like we did, you know, a lot to put ourselves in a position to win

02:57and obviously it sucks and we didn't do that, but I'm super proud of everyone

03:00and I know I'm not even answering your question, but it's just, I really do love these guys

03:07and I'm super appreciative of the opportunity to be here

03:11and kind of gave me my, you know, like that joy for the game again

03:16and I'm just super grateful for that.
