00:00Intro Music
00:14Cheer up girls. It's not like it's the first time you've moved.
00:17Probably not the last time either.
00:19Was there any infidelity during your marriage?
00:21Not that I know of, no.
00:23Here at our church we believe that the only biblical reason for a divorce
00:29is what's marital unfaithfulness.
00:33So, you're releasing me from the leadership team?
00:38We have to.
00:39Listen, you're gonna find another church and you're gonna make new friends.
00:42No.
00:46Ashley told me you guys were going through a divorce.
00:49Oh, she did, huh?
00:51The girls need you. I can tell Kayla she has some abandonment issues.
00:55Don't give up on us!
00:56Give up on what?
00:57I don't love you anymore. Give up on what?
00:59It doesn't change God's love or affection for you.
01:05But I feel like deep down maybe you feel like it does.
01:08And how are things at home?
01:13I'm the poster child for the doped up, can't function, problem teen of the new generation.
01:19Okay, so before we turn this into a pity party for whining losers, let's move on.
01:29Just remember that you're a child of God first and foremost.
01:32We'll fast to that and build from there.
01:34Do you mind if we pray for you?
01:36But I praise God.
01:37The Lord, he's been ministering to you the same way he's been ministering to us.
01:42You can make the choice to let your experiences define you.
01:46You can choose to believe that all your new friends from church are going to one day leave you.
01:52Or you can trust that God will bring people into your lives.
01:56Underneath the brokenness, underneath the pain, underneath all the tragedy, we may never be the same.
02:11But as I look around this broken place, I see there is hope here.
02:21Your encouragement has showed me that even when you're hurting, God can give you hope again.
02:28In every storm that we face, every time that the rain pours down, I know, I know there's hope.
02:41In every tear that we cry, every time we add why we break.
