00:25We were all excited Alana was back in town from college.

16:24choice.
16:24So what I can do is to be more cordial than my parents were at times.
16:31make sure that everybody knows that I'm always here, no matter what, and just to be completely
16:38honest the whole time.
16:39At this point, my children's mental health means more to me than anything.
