00:00Previously on Mama June Family Crisis.
00:03I wanted it as a Caitlyn to go to this side of the family.
00:05That's it.
00:06Mama's going to step in, and she's going to make sure that it.
00:10Anna passed before she could write down her wishes.
00:13And her ex, Michael, sued Mama for custody of Caitlyn.
00:16And everyone's nervous we could lose her.
00:19Now we are a month away from going to court,
00:22and that is stressful.
00:25We were all excited Alana was back in town from college.
00:28Hey!
00:30Morning!
00:31I'm getting it!
00:33Unfortunately, it was for Draylyn's court case,
00:35and the news they received may cost them their relationship.
00:39The judge really could sentence you to 10 years in prison.
00:42If they give you 10 years, I'm going to have to tell them
00:44that I'm going to have to serve with you.
00:46But at least Mama finally gave Alana back the money she stole.
00:50It was nice that you finally come to your senses
00:52and pay me my money back.
00:53I've got the check.
00:55It's a cashier's check.
00:57Oh, wow.
00:58Meanwhile, I had to make the hardest decision of my life.
01:02I think I'm at the point of getting a divorce.
01:05Do you want to share with him in a session?
01:07That would be probably better.
01:10I'll love pumping the rest of my life,
01:11but I won't ever let that go.
01:14I did plan on keeping my marriage issues from my family.
01:17You and Deva have been, like, a little distant.
01:21But they kept on prying.
01:23What the hell was y'all showing up?
01:24Mama, I really don't know.
01:25I'm sick of him.
01:26The girly block.
01:28We're getting a divorce.
01:30What?
01:31I don't love him enough to be with him.
01:33Why would you just say it like that?
01:50So y'all stop just asking me, like, what is it?
01:53What are you doing?
01:54What's going on?
01:54Like, that way you just know, y'all.
01:58So the whole sperm thing is a no now, I'm guessing.
02:01A hundred percent.
02:02OK.
02:02Well, maybe you should just look elsewhere.
02:04You know, that might be a little weird.
02:06Well, I mean, I've been feeling the vibe off for a while, though.
02:09Oh, have you?
02:11Maybe y'all just got married too young.
02:13I love your relationship advice,
02:15because you've had such good past relationships.
02:18Oh, stupid.
02:19If you keep following me, I'm leaving.
02:21Bye.
02:21He obviously doesn't give a .
02:23What do you know about marriage?
02:24This is the first time you've ever been married.
02:25That's right.
02:26This is your first marriage too.
02:28I mean, you know, a lot of your stuff
02:30could have taken a toll on us too.
02:31Don't blame me for your problems,
02:34because I only had a job.
02:35I'm blaming you for my problems.
02:36But you know Joshy Pizzle say it is.
02:38Well, he was your mama.
02:40He was your piece of mama.
02:41She wouldn't have done that.
02:42All right, Jean.
02:44So who's getting the house?
02:46Mama.
02:47Whoa.
02:48I haven't even told him.
02:50Mama's never kind of the nurturing type.
02:53I mean, the least she could do is be like,
02:55I'm sorry for what you're going through.
02:57Everything's going to be OK, Pumpkin.
02:58But no, she can't do that.
03:00I'm going to go and talk to the therapist
03:01tomorrow with Josh, and make sure
03:04that we do this the civil way.
03:07You don't think y'all can talk it over?
03:08No.
03:09Well, why don't you look at the time?
03:13I best get gone.
03:14Why aren't you glad you don't live here no more?
03:17Right?
03:18Why do you always come and leave so fast?
03:20I mean, you just come and go.
03:21Like, I love coming and going.
03:23Back to peaceful.
03:24That must be nice.
03:25It comes as a shock to me that Pumpkin is really
03:29going to get a divorce.
03:30Like, what's going to happen?
03:33Like, this is going to be crazy.
03:36Josh is almost like a father figure to me.
03:39All boys are covered in cooties,
03:42kind of like chicken pox.
03:43Cooties?
03:44What do you think I am five?
03:45No.
03:46Stay away from the cooties.
03:49You're going to get in your car, get your and leave.
03:53And if I could buy you a plane ticket to go out there
03:55tomorrow, I would.
03:57Yep.
03:59Be very, very, very smart the whole time.
04:06Now it's like, we're getting a divorce.
04:09What's going to happen with the kids?
04:10Like, I feel like the whole family is just
04:12going to be ripped apart.
04:13We're going back to Colorado drama free, OK?
04:17So when we all be back, we'll show this new court date.
04:20Why don't you be a Debbie Downer?
04:22I mean, I hope you all know.
04:23Because, hey, we don't see you, but every so often.
04:29I told you that that was going to happen.
04:31I told you something was wrong.
04:34I guess you were right.
04:35I was right.
04:36This is, like, insane, for sure.
04:48I actually just said it like it was nothing.
04:50Like, it was just, wow, working the divorce, you know?
04:55Bye, Lana.
04:56Bye, Mama.
04:57I'll be safe.
04:58Y'all be safe.
05:01Don't leave without a pay-bye.
05:04Well, you were upstairs, piggy butt, and it's, like,
05:06so much is going on.
05:08Am I getting a huggy?
05:09I love you.
05:11I'll see you later, OK?
05:12I'll face something when I get home, OK, Mama?
05:14This is going to suck for Ellie, because it's, like,
05:17Ella's at the age now where, like, she's very smart.
05:21And she's somebody that, like, you can't really lie to.
05:24And she'll definitely be like, no, Mama, you're lying.
05:27So this is, like, I don't know how Pumpkin's
05:30going to even tell her that, like, Pumpkin and dad
05:33are getting a divorce.
05:34Like, what?
05:37Like, this has come to a shocker to me.
05:39So I just can't even imagine how Ella would take it.
05:42Like, this is going to be crazy.
05:48So you're sure you're good, and this
05:49is what you want to do?
05:50Yeah.
05:51OK.
05:53I knew something was up.
05:54You just didn't tell me.
05:56I didn't tell anybody except for Lonnie.
05:59Don't you got to be getting Harper or something?
06:01They're all bothering me still.
06:02I was making sure if you needed somebody to talk to, I was here.
06:05I'm fine, Jessie.
06:06All righty.
06:07I have a therapist.
06:08All righty.
06:11I guess I'll just let you have some quiet time.
06:12That would be great.
06:14All righty.
06:15Don't forget all the plates.
06:16I won't.
06:17OK.
06:18Pick up after kids.
06:19Have to still pick up after y'all.
06:20Y'all don't even live here.
06:22Well, let me know if you need me.
06:24I need you at work tomorrow.
06:26Well, all righty.
06:27And don't be running your mouth about this stuff, OK?
06:30OK-doke, OK-doke.
06:32It's child safety, not Jessie's safety.
06:38Jessica, grab the doorknob and the inside.
06:44This is why you can't be my real employee right here.
06:46Prime example.
06:50Got it.
06:51All right, Jessie.
06:52That was kind of like an interesting breakfast, but, I mean,
06:54if I have to say so, I'm going to pat myself on the back on this one.
06:57I told Pumpkin before she even married Josh that she was too young.
07:01I hope you realize that this is a lot of responsibility and that it's hard, like,
07:06being able to juggle life, job, kids, you're going to have to grow up.
07:10Yeah, but, like, this isn't really the right time to be like, I told you so.
07:25And we have a lot of stuff going on in our own life.
07:27We have a lot of stuff going on in our own life.
07:30I know what I mean.
07:31We've got a court case with Caitlyn coming up.
07:33It's, like, stressing everybody out.
07:35Yeah.
07:36Living in the public eye sometimes is not fun,
07:40especially when it comes to, like, this court case coming up with Caitlyn.
07:44So it's probably going to be blasted all over social media,
07:46all over the media period.
07:49And the same thing with, like, Pumpkin and Josh.
07:51Like, Josh is going to have his truths.
07:53Pumpkin's going to have her truths.
07:55There's going to be people inserting their self thinking they know the truth
07:58but don't really know a damn thing.
08:00But that's just the way it is being in the public eye.
08:03I mean, this is, like, wild as , you know, like.
08:06It's definitely crazy.
08:07It's definitely wild, you know.
08:09But that just goes to show you that, like, nobody's perfect.
08:12And everybody, no matter how they're made out to be, have issues.
08:16So, I mean, I guess, you know, she doesn't have the perfect marriage.
08:19So I guess now we have, like, what everybody would say would be the, um,
08:24picturesque marriage now.
08:28Well, Jimbo, I mean, we have our issues that we have to work on every day, too.
08:33We ain't perfect.
08:35Our life isn't picture skew.
08:39Oh, man.
08:41Who is it?
08:46Who is it?
08:47Hi, how you doing?
08:49How you doing, how are you?
08:51I'm doing good.
08:52Good.
08:52Good.
08:53Come on in.
09:06Come on in.
09:09Where's Josh?
09:10Um, I think he's a little bit behind me.
09:13Okay.
09:14I think.
09:15Cool.
09:15Come on in.
09:17Knowing today that I have to tell Josh that I do want a divorce, I am nervous.
09:22I'm scared to see, like, how he's going to react, because, like, I don't want to upset
09:26him, and I don't want to hurt him, but I do know that we're on two very different levels
09:31of what we want out of this relationship, and I'm at the point where I am done, and
09:36he is not.
09:37So, Ms. Pumpkin, what have you heard from Josh?
09:41Is, like, any conversation with him?
09:44Like, does he even know when he comes in here what we're going to be talking about?
09:48Like, I know that Josh does want to fix things, and wanting to see if, like, again, we can
09:55work it out, but, like, we've tried to work it out a multitude of times, and it's just,
09:58like, it's not working for us, you know?
10:02I am a little nervous.
10:04I feel you.
10:05Okay, well, I think that's him.
10:11Hey, Josh.
10:12Hey, how are you?
10:12All right.
10:13How you doing?
10:14Nice to see you again.
10:14Yeah.
10:15Come on in.
10:15It's good to see you again.
10:16So, how are you doing today?
10:25Been all right.
10:26Yeah?
10:27Okay.
10:28Best I can be.
10:29I get that.
10:30I get that.
10:31So, Pumpkin, you want to share anything?
10:33I was, like, talking to her, you know?
10:45Like, last session, you didn't come, and we haven't been able to, like, really, like, communicate.
10:52We've only been, like, passing each other at the house or, you know, making dinner and doing what we need to do for the kids.
11:01But it hasn't, like, we're still not communicating.
11:04We're still not.
11:06Like, I don't want to continue doing this if that's, like, the point that we're at now.
11:13Like, I think it would just be better if maybe, like, we just both, like, put our, you know, like, put our big girl panties on, and we just, like, file for a divorce.
11:36Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
11:39Well, y'all just missed a phone call.
11:40A phone call.
11:41Ready to go to court tomorrow.
11:42Talking to judge.
11:43Yeah.
11:45How did everything go back home?
11:47Pumpkin tells me that they're getting a divorce.
11:49I haven't even really told you, like, the worst part.
11:52We all know that Mama talks too much.
11:55I can't believe this.
11:56So, of course, Mama wants to get up there on the stand and say stuff she has no business saying.
12:00Like, I think it would just be better if we just, like, filed for a divorce.
12:16It's like, I don't want to get to a point in a year from now where, like, I can't stand you, we can't agree with the kids, we can't sit in the same room, we can't enjoy the holidays together.
12:33When Pumpkin asked for a divorce, it was kind of like a stab in the throat, almost speechless in a sense.
12:43Just never thought we'd be at this point in our lives.
12:47To me, it's just, like, throwing 10 years out of the window, really, in all honesty.
12:54It is my privilege to pronounce you finally, husband and wife.
12:57You may kiss your beautiful bride, Josh.
13:00Everybody, come on.
13:01We're married, y'all.
13:02I love you.
13:09Everyone meet Ella Grace.
13:11She's perfect.
13:13Look what we did.
13:15You did good, sugar.
13:17Hearts that buzz off.
13:18That is the best.
13:22Mommy.
13:23Love you.
13:27Josh, how are you feeling right now?
13:32It's hard to say.
13:38Yeah.
13:40What's coming up for you?
13:49I don't have a time machine, so I can't go back, you know?
13:53But I wish I could.
13:54Yeah, I feel you.
13:55And do what?
13:59Change for the betterment of my marriage.
14:02Mm-hmm.
14:02Instead of being so angry.
14:04I hear you.
14:10You know, I do hate to see Josh cry, and I do hate that I've broken his heart and I've
14:15hurt him.
14:16But for so long, like, I've begged for communication.
14:19I've begged to go on dates and all the things that normal people do in a marriage that we
14:24haven't been doing for years.
14:26And now I'm at my wit's end with it.
14:29Like, I'm tired of begging.
14:30I'm tired of asking.
14:31So for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm making myself happy.
14:35And I just hope that Josh understands that.
14:38What would you say you've learned?
14:40I would say that, like, I've learned that it's okay to put yourself first.
14:47I think that's my biggest thing.
14:49We've put everybody ahead of ourselves.
14:52Yeah.
14:52Every time.
14:53I guess it's another problem I need to fix.
14:57I guess it's another problem I need to fix.
14:58Alana's already pissed off at me because Jessica questioned her about the whole Colorado thing,
15:02which obviously is my fault.
15:04Then you turn around and Jalen's just not doing .
15:08I'm so sick and tired of hearing about June this, June that, June up here.
15:12It would not bother me one bit if I never ever seen June again.
15:16Well, I can't really do that.
15:18I commend you for being, you know, communicable right now.
15:24Like, you're amicable in this space.
15:27And so with that being the case, where do we go from here, right?
15:31Like, what are their next steps or are there, is there a next step for you now?
15:37Um, I think probably, like, our next step is just, like, trying to figure out, like,
15:40come to an agreement, um, like, the things that we do have, like, the kids, the, you know,
15:47the house, like, we do have things together.
15:50Mm-hmm.
15:51But, like, I think we figure those things out and then we, like, file.
15:57Mm-hmm.
15:58Okay.
15:59Where are you with that, Josh?
16:00How are you?
16:01I'm going to be on the same page.
16:03Okay.
16:04You know, me and Pumpkin said we would never do this to the kids, the whole broken home
16:08thing, and I think that's what really hits home.
16:13I went through a divorce as a child also, and watching the bickering and the arguing,
16:19it sucked.
16:20I mean, I don't want my kids to go through it, but at this particular point, we have no
16:24choice.
16:24So what I can do is to be more cordial than my parents were at times.
16:31make sure that everybody knows that I'm always here, no matter what, and just to be completely
16:38honest the whole time.
16:39At this point, my children's mental health means more to me than anything.
16:46I'm ready for that.
16:47Um, so how do you talk to your children, and is this what you're going to say?
16:53Like, are you going to let them know?
16:55Um, I think we're probably just, like, the only one that I feel like can really, like,
16:58comprehend right now...
17:00Is Ella?
17:00Is Ella.
17:01Okay.
17:02So I do think, like, us sitting down and talking to her and just, like, letting her know, like,
17:06things are going to be different.
17:08Mm-hmm.
17:08But, like, the love that both of me and your daddy have, that isn't changing.
17:13Right.
17:13Like, telling her, like, regardless, even though we're splitting up, it doesn't mean that I
17:18stop loving you any less, or your daddy stops loving you any less.
17:21Like, we're still going to be there to take care of you.
17:23We're still going to be there to, you know, school events or sporting events or whatever
17:28the case may be.
17:29Like, none of that changes, just the way that we live is going to change, you know?
17:36Children not only see what you do, they feel what you do.
17:40Right.
17:41And so I think it will be very beneficial to the children how you show up.
17:47Right.
17:48Let me give you a few minutes to just chat a little bit.
17:50You know, I do thank you for, like, actually, like, communicating with me and, like, like,
18:01wanting really to do what's best for the kids.
18:05You're welcome.
18:07You know, I do still love you, and I'll always love you.
18:10I love you.
18:14And if you want to, you can go home with the kids, and then I'll just figure out.
18:20You know, somewhere to go, you know?
18:39Here.
18:41I'll put it on with paper, boo.
18:45I love you, Daddy.
18:46I'm going to make you a picture.
18:48Thank you, boo.
18:50I love you.
18:54I don't think painting is going to help your stress.
18:58Stress?
18:59Do I look stressed to you?
19:03What does stress look like?
19:05It's when your face crinkles up like that.
19:10Am I okay?
19:13Definitely not.
19:13I mean, I never thought that it would end this way.
19:19Like, I want the things to be different.
19:23We fought to work it out, but sometimes things don't work out.
19:31Go get her.
19:31Come upstairs.
19:33Come on, Nene.
19:34Come on.
19:35It's okay.
19:36See you, baby.
19:37Come on.
19:37Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
19:53What you going to do now?
19:54Probably why I'm going to stay here, you know, think it over.
19:56Well, see, look at you.
19:57Always come back home to Mama.
19:58It feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.
20:04We could walk out of this courtroom today and never see Kaitlyn again.
20:07Are you ready for this, Kaitlyn?
20:09I got out what I felt the court needed to hear.
20:12What happened?
20:13With this whole divorce thing, like, as much as I didn't really want to do it, I know that
20:30it had to be done, and I know that it hurts both of us in the long run, but I do care a
20:36lot about Josh, and I care about his mental state, and that's where Justin comes in.
20:39Who was knocking?
20:44I don't know.
20:47It's the police running.
20:49Bitch, why are you knocking?
20:51Because?
20:54What are you doing?
20:55Vibrating, working out.
20:57I'm just trying to figure out, like, how this is working out.
20:59Because when I started this five weeks ago, I weighed 255.
21:02This morning when I woke up, I weighed 232.
21:05So in five weeks, I have lost 23 pounds.
21:10I don't even go to the gym.
21:11This is my gym.
21:12I mean, you ought to wait a minute.
21:13I'll be done working out, and...
21:15I didn't come to talk to you.
21:16I come to talk to Justin.
21:17So what are you over here for?
21:18Well, Josh was going back to the house, because we, like, today went to the therapy shop.
21:24How'd that go?
21:25Today was really, like, us sitting down with a therapist and, like, me asking him for a divorce.
21:31What?
21:31You thought he got through with it?
21:33Yeah.
21:34How did he take it today?
21:36I mean, of course he's, like, sad and stuff.
21:38Like, I don't think that he's, like, shot.
21:40Like, I think he knew that was coming.
21:42Like, I think he knew that, like, we haven't been doing good.
21:45I'm not going to wait around forever for us to be able to communicate with each other and put our kids through that.
21:49I'm not...
21:50Yeah, don't stay...
21:50I don't want to do that.
21:51Like, I told him at the end of the conversation today, he was like, I still want to be best friends with you.
21:55I still want to be cordial for the kids.
21:56I still want us to be able to do things with the kids together.
21:58Which is hard.
22:00Right.
22:00Because it is hard when people are together for a long period of time and then break up.
22:03Yeah.
22:04Sometimes you can be friends, sometimes you can't.
22:06Right.
22:06I mean, so, you know, I was kind of, like, thinking, you know, like, maybe you could, you know, like, talk to him.
22:14Like, man to man.
22:16I just know that, like, he does respect you a lot.
22:18Maybe he'll talk to you.
22:20Counselor Justin.
22:22I can go talk to him.
22:23Stop by and check on him, see what he's up to.
22:25I mean, this would be a good time for you to bond with your mama, though.
22:28You can get her on the squatter machine.
22:30Yeah, look, you go in there, sit on the squatter, and she can be on the plate, and y'all can work out together.
22:35Y'all do that?
22:35No.
22:36All right, well, I'm going to go check on Joshy Poot.
22:39I'll let you know how it goes.
22:43What you doing?
22:44I'm not going to have a conversation with you to get off that ridiculous-ass thing.
22:50Well, I mean, you need to go work on that thing.
22:52You know, you're at 206, that squatter machine will take your name.
22:58So what you going to do now?
22:59What do you mean, what am I going to do?
23:01I mean, you're getting a divorce.
23:02Like, what are you going to do?
23:03Like, I don't know.
23:04Mama, I don't know.
23:06There's a lot of things that I have to figure out.
23:08I mean, that's probably why I'm going to stay here, you know, think it over.
23:11You stay here.
23:12Well, see, look at you.
23:13Always come back home to Mama.
23:15I just want to really try to figure my stuff out.
23:18Like, you just need to work on yourself and do pumpkin.
23:21Like, look at this, bitch.
23:23Knock, knock.
23:43Come on in.
23:46Yeah.
23:47What are you doing?
23:48Put it on the paper.
23:48Sister Gough, you painting over there?
23:52Where's everybody at?
23:53They follow the love stairs.
23:55You know, Pumpkin stopped by the house, so I wanted to come by and check on you.
23:59She said y'all went to therapy.
24:01See how he was holding up.
24:03It's something I didn't want to go through in life at all.
24:06And, you know, divorce is hard.
24:08You know, I've been through it.
24:10It sucks, bro.
24:11You know, there's some kind of love there.
24:14Like, you know, that was one of the things she stopped by for because she said she was worried about you, wanted somebody to come check on you, so.
24:23I know it's rough, too.
24:25I know it feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.
24:27That's probably the hardest part.
24:31You just feel stuck.
24:33Stuck.
24:34You know, it really sucks seeing Josh just tore up.
24:37I mean, I understand what he's going through.
24:40You know, I've been through divorce, and there's no easy way to say it or to sugarcoat it.
24:44It's rough, and it's going to be hard for a while.
24:46You know, he's going to have moments where he feels down and out, and the best thing I can do for him is just be there and support him.
24:54Bye-bye.
24:56She's such a daddy's girl.
25:00Thank God for the kids, because there's the only thing keeping me wholesome.
25:04Yeah, how could they not?
25:07Kids is what hurt the most, because they don't deserve this.
25:10But as long as y'all put the kids first, you know, and understand that that's what's important.
25:16That's what's most important to me at this moment.
25:20I love being around them.
25:21Anytime you need a babysitter, just call.
25:23I appreciate it.
25:24I mean, within a divorce, you kind of divorce the family.
25:31I'm super glad Justin gives enough to come and check on me.
25:36Divorce in June won't be so bad.
25:41Could care less.
25:43But Justin, on the other hand, has been a decent dude to me.
25:48So at least I've got him on my side in some of this.
25:54I mean, there's always been bumps along the way.
25:56Figured those out.
26:01I guess just this time, couldn't figure this bump out.
26:04I'm excited to be back in Colorado.
26:26Me too.
26:27I'm glad I missed you.
26:28It's been a long time since you really hung out like this.
26:31I know, and I'm excited.
26:33Oh.
26:33So cute.
26:38Hi, guys.
26:39Hi.
26:39How are you?
26:40We're doing good.
26:41Do you have a reservation?
26:42We do.
26:43Awesome.
26:43What's the first name?
26:44Alana.
26:45Perfect.
26:46I am grateful to be back in Colorado and away from everybody right now is an understatement,
26:51but I'm glad that Makayla come and we're having like a little girl's day because it's like,
26:56I need somebody to just word vomit to.
27:00How did everything go back home?
27:02It was, it was just a lot.
27:06Why?
27:06What do you mean?
27:07Well, Jalen's lawyer, Sarah, needed to emergency leave, meet with Jalen.
27:13Oh.
27:13So she was saying that like, Jalen will be looking at 10 years of jail time.
27:17Oh my God.
27:18Where does that leave you in all of this?
27:20I do feel like we will figure it out, but it is like, it's scary.
27:25Like Jalen's scared.
27:26Yeah.
27:28And I don't know, like, I just hope that it doesn't get to that point.
27:32Well, it sounds like you had a rough and eventful weekend.
27:36Oh, you thought that was rough and eventful.
27:38I haven't even really told you like the worst part.
27:41So I come home and like, I felt like Pumpkin and Josh were just being off.
27:46Like it just wasn't them, their normal self.
27:48So I had sat down and had a conversation with Pumpkin and she tells me that they're getting
27:53a divorce.
27:56Yeah.
27:57Oh my God.
27:58A divorce.
27:59Like, I'm sorry to hear about that.
28:01Yeah.
28:02And I, I mean, Josh, it's like your dad.
28:05Literally.
28:05So I, like, I don't even know.
28:07How do you feel about it all?
28:09I was a little upset, but like, honestly, at the end of the day, there's like nothing
28:12that I can do to stop the divorce, you know?
28:15Yeah.
28:16I'm a hundred percent not choosing sides, but at the end of the day, Pumpkin's my sister.
28:21So.
28:22I get it.
28:23But I still love Dada and I like loved everything he did for me and I appreciate everything he's
28:28done for me.
28:28You don't want to get like too involved in everything, you know?
28:31Yeah.
28:31You don't want to be in the middle.
28:33I definitely don't want to be in the middle of it.
28:35So I'll stay here in Colorado and we'll paint pottery all the time.
28:40Yes.
28:40I love that.
28:42Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
28:45Where have you been?
28:46At Gigi's.
28:47Why?
28:50Unfortunately, we have to be left up to the judge.
28:52Are you doing?
28:53I mean, I wouldn't laugh.
28:54I wasn't nervous.
28:55The tension is real.
28:58The tension is real.
29:00The tension is real.
29:00The tension is real.
29:02It's real.
29:02It's real.
29:03But I think it's real.
29:03It's real.
29:04It's real.
29:20Bubbies.
29:21What?
29:22What?
29:22What?
29:23What?
29:23What?
29:26What?
29:26What?
29:27In your house.
29:28You know, it's only been a day since Pumpkin asked for the divorce, and it's just weird.
29:38It's like it's unknown territory in a sense, because it's just like I'm here with the kids, and everybody's asking where mom is.
29:46And it's just like, I don't know.
29:49Kids have no clue what's going on.
29:51They don't even know what color the sky is.
29:52So it's just like, what do you tell four kids?
29:58I miss you, Bobby.
29:59Mommy, I can't eat this.
30:00It's not good.
30:01I'm sorry.
30:02I'm sorry, Pete.
30:04Where are the babies?
30:05Everybody's still asleep.
30:08Give me a kiss.
30:11I love you.
30:12Come here, Bobby, man.
30:13Bobby, man, give me a kiss.
30:15Hey, give me a kiss.
30:17I'll be back, okay?
30:19Okay.
30:20I just keep telling myself it's going to get better.
30:29It's a process.
30:30Like, now he has to go through the grieving and stuff.
30:33And really, I just hope that we can keep it cordial for our kids' sake, because it's going
30:37to be sooner than later that we have to tell Ella.
30:40Ella is very smart for her age.
30:43So what have y'all been doing?
30:44Nothing.
30:46Where have you been?
30:47At Gigi's.
30:48Why?
30:49Um, because I just went and spent the night over there.
30:53You went and spent the night.
30:55I did it in a day.
30:56Like, me like, what?
30:58Because I just needed to have some adult time, you know?
31:01Okay, Bobby, let's hold on.
31:03Let's see if we have any popsicles.
31:08Ella Grace, I'm giving your brother this popsicle.
31:10I need you to keep an eye on him for, like, five minutes, because I need a shower.
31:13I'm taking a shower.
31:14You hear what I'm telling you?
31:16Yeah.
31:16Because you're being silly and goofy and stuff.
31:18You need to get in the shower, stinky.
31:22It better be funny.
31:28You're the one who's not funny.
31:30Hello?
31:38Um, yes.
31:53Tomorrow?
31:54I mean, for real?
31:57Like, they can do that?
31:59So my lawyer just called, and they said that my court date got moved up from a month from
32:03now to tomorrow when it comes to Caitlin.
32:06Like, that ain't how it's supposed to work.
32:09Okay, well, just tell Johnny to, like, text me the time and, like, where to be at and stuff.
32:16All right.
32:16All right.
32:16Talk to you later.
32:17All right.
32:17Bye.
32:17Bye.
32:17Let me explain the court case to y'all.
32:22It is Michael.
32:22It is Michael, Anna's ex versus myself for custody of Caitlin.
32:28Even though Anna told all of us that she wanted Caitlin to stay with us, she never put it in
32:34writing or anything else.
32:36Michael is not Caitlin's biological father, and we don't know who honestly is.
32:42The only reason Michael's able to go after me is because he paid for some of Caitlin's
32:47school, so under this new Georgia law, if you pay for a child, you can go for equity of
32:53care for that child and custody.
32:59Well, it took y'all long enough.
33:00Well, I had to go get your food.
33:02I mean, yeah, man.
33:03Well, y'all just missed a phone call.
33:04What phone call?
33:05Well, I mean, are you ready to go to court tomorrow and talk to the judge?
33:08Tomorrow?
33:09Yeah, tomorrow morning.
33:10Well, that's a short notice.
33:11Yeah, hunts, hunts, yeah.
33:13They can do that.
33:14You want to?
33:16Yeah.
33:16I figured it'd have been a little bit...
33:17I thought you had 30 days, but no.
33:22Well, this sucks.
33:23Like, I mean, I'm just not getting comfortable into, like, this whole, like, house thingy.
33:28And, like, now this court popped up, and, like, it's tomorrow.
33:31So, like, I'm kind of nervous, because, like, you don't know what's going to happen next.
33:35But, like, we knew this was coming, so, like, going into panic mode doesn't fix anything.
33:39Honestly, I really ain't ready to, like, deal with Michael's dumb ass ass, but I know he's going to bring up my
33:45freaking past.
33:46He's going to bring up your past.
33:47Who doesn't have a past?
33:50I mean, at the end of the day, I'm her biological grandparent, and I'm not going to lose Caitlin,
33:55because Michael ain't getting it.
33:56I'm sorry.
33:58Where are you going?
34:00To have a moment.
34:01A moment?
34:02You were having a moment right here.
34:04We were having a conversation.
34:06Well, you ain't listening.
34:07I ain't, Lee, I am listening.
34:10I just, you only want to hear what June wants to hear.
34:14Golly.
34:15Oh.
34:16Nobody understands, Anna.
34:19Oh.
34:20Anna, you are heavy as a bitch.
34:23Anyway, we made a promise to you, and, like, I'm trying to keep it, but, like, keeping it together
34:28has not been an easy feat, because, like, this has just literally consumed our whole entire
34:34life for the last seven months.
34:37So, bitch, I'm mad at you every day, because you're not here for Caitlin and Kylie, because
34:42I would not be going through this bitch, but I need you to damn channel yourself through
34:47me, speak what you need to speak on the stand, we say what we need to say, and get the hell
34:52off the stand.
34:54That's all I need you to do.
34:59Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis.
35:03They are going to cook Mama, too.
35:04Yeah, they are.
35:04I mean, Mama's going to deal with that .
35:06We just got word that the judge wants to talk to Caitlin and get her side.
35:10I just want you to tell what you know.
35:13All right, guys, let's go.
35:24Let's go, Caitlin.
35:25It's time to go to court.
35:26Let's go.
35:27I'm ready.
35:28Come on.
35:29You're going to wear a T-shirt to court?
35:31No, I'm waiting on my shirt to finish drawing.
35:33You should have done that last night.
35:36Oh, my God.
35:36Take your clothes so we can go.
35:38So I thought you said you was ready.
35:40Babe, come on.
35:41We had to be there at 830.
35:45This has consumed our lives pretty much for the last seven months, because Anna's been
35:50gone seven months.
35:50Even though we know what Anna wanted at the end of the day, unfortunately, we have to
35:55be left up to the judge, and we don't know what the judge is going to do.
35:59I mean, y'all, I'm not going to lie.
36:00I mean, I'm freaking out.
36:02I am worried that I am going to lose Caitlin.
36:05Let's go.
36:21Are you ready for this, Caitlin?
36:22I don't know.
36:26I'm a pumpkin, bro.
36:27I feel kind of nervous.
36:29I have, like, my stomach starting to hurt a little bit, because, like, I'm kind of nervous.
36:32I don't know what's going to happen.
36:34The tension is real.
36:36Oh, there's Eldridge.
36:39Eldridge is Anna's husband of one year, but they were together for eight years.
36:43He pretty much raised the kids, um, since they were very little.
36:47He may be called to testify.
36:49So, I do want Eldridge to go up there and tell his truth if he is called.
36:53But also, he knows what Anna wanted.
36:56Anna wanted Caitlin to stay with her biological family, and we're going to fight like hell to
37:01have that happen.
37:03Damn, look at all these people Michael's got with him.
37:07There ain't no telling what Michael's going to pull in court.
37:09So, today is a day that we're going to come face to face, and this is going to be handled.
37:17We're going to walk in together and out together.
37:19Okay, Caitlin?
37:23Honestly, with this being the first day of court, there is a lot on the line.
37:26We could walk out of this courtroom today and never see Caitlin again, or Mama could leave
37:31with her.
37:32It could go either ways at this point.
37:34I really am scared for the outcome.
37:39It's lunchtime, y'all.
37:47And, I mean, Michael done called 15 witnesses.
37:50Half of them ain't seen him since 2017.
37:53I mean, Michael was digging deep.
37:56It's 12-11.
37:56We have an hour.
37:57I'm getting something to drink.
37:58Anyway, so Michael was just up there on the stand, and she's like, you know, Pumpkin reached
38:07out and has been reaching out since January, like, since before January to see Kylie, and
38:12you keep ignoring her, and you keep blowing her off.
38:15He's like, yes.
38:16He says, well, it's Caitlin's responsibility as a 12-year-old kid to give June his contact
38:23information.
38:24How is it her?
38:25She's a kid.
38:26I can barely remember my own number.
38:27And he literally admitted that he hadn't texted her in, like, five months, but you cared?
38:31Like, that is wild.
38:33They are going to cook Mama, too.
38:35Yeah, they are.
38:35I mean, Mama's going to deal with it.
38:37She's going to have to take it to the 10.
38:39The scary part with this court stuff is, yeah, Michael's going to get on the stand, and Mama's
38:43lawyer's going to chew him a new one, but Mama also has to get on that stand and is going
38:47to get it 10 times harder because she was a drug addict.
38:54She was a parent.
38:56I'm scared to stay at your house.
38:58And all of that has been documented through national television, which, in my opinion, does
39:02scare me a little bit.
39:03If somebody's going to leave today with exhales and put on that leg, then somebody ain't
39:06going to be happy.
39:22I didn't even get to talk to the judge, guys.
39:25That is some bull .
39:26Because Michael called so many witnesses, we've got to come back tomorrow.
39:31The best part of Michael's testimony for today had to be out of the 276 pages of text messages
39:40between him and Anna that I had.
39:41It says that Caitlin doesn't want to be over there, and also Anna doesn't want Michael
39:48to have custody of Caitlin.
39:51And all this is just really nerve-wracking for all of us involved.
39:54So what time do I need to know?
39:56Um, maybe we've got a first day in the morning.
40:01We've got a second.
40:02We've got a second.
40:03We've got a second.
40:04We've got a second.
40:05We've got a second.
40:06We've got a second.
40:07We've got a second.
40:08We've got a second.
40:09We've got a second.
40:10We've got a second.
40:11We've got a second.
40:12We've got a second.
40:13We've got a second.
40:14We've got a second.
40:15We've got a second.
40:16We've got a second.
40:17We've got a second.
40:18We've got a second.
40:19We've got a second.
40:20We've got a second.
40:21We've got a second.
40:22We've got a second.
40:23We've got a second.
40:24We've got a second.
40:25We've got a second.
40:26We've got a second.
40:27We've got a second.
40:28Come on, Katelyn.
40:32Today, you will talk to the judge.
40:33Today, I will talk to the courtroom.
40:36I just want you to tell what you know.
40:38At the end of the day, it's what you want.
40:40We just got worried that the judge wants to talk to Katelyn
40:42and get her side in what she's feeling.
40:46I think it's a very good thing that the judge is going to speak with her.
40:50I'm just ready to get over with, because this child needs to rest,
40:53and my daughter needs to rest.
40:54Anna has not rested in seven months and 13 days now.
40:59Come on, Katelyn.
40:59All right, guys, let's go.
41:01How are you doing?
41:02I mean, I wouldn't laugh.
41:03I wasn't nervous.
41:04I'd probably cry about a lot of things.
41:06It's okay to cry, but, like, remember, don't let them get you off
41:09what you're supposed to be talking about.
41:10Oh, no, I'm not.
41:11Trust me, I've been over this court case a hundred times.
41:28We had a system, you know, that you said,
41:32I'm not going to be able to see you, you know, do something obvious,
41:35like play with your hair.
41:37Girl, I literally don't think I could have played with my hair anymore
41:40without being like...
41:42Me and Brody had some hand signals, and I started over-talking
41:45that she was going to mess with, like, her hair so I could be able to see it.
41:47And I didn't see her messing with her hair.
41:49Brody might be a little bit mad at me,
41:51but at least I got out what I felt was what the court needed to hear.
41:57I didn't see nothing.
41:58I mean...
41:58I promise you.
41:59We all know that Mama talks too much,
42:01and we also know that she's blind as a damn bat.
42:04So, of course, Mama wants to get up there on the stand
42:07and say stuff she has no business saying.
42:09So who knows how this case is going to go now?
42:16I mean, what the hell?
42:18I can't believe this.
42:20Yeah.
42:21And what happened?
