So you've got to have the width of a car to overtake them, basically. You know, the opposite lane's got to be empty, like, and there can be a pain in the butt, do you know what I mean?
00:34We do need to be educated and trained on road safety because sometimes cyclists think they've got the road to their own and they have the right of way and stuff, but they need to, the cyclists need to be educated first as well as the drivers. Unfortunately, you see many cyclists without any helmets, lights, just basic safety gear. If that was a driver in a car and they had no MOT, you'd be arrested, could you be a cyclist? There's no really governing procedures for that.
