00:00the building that we had was a 1970s and it was actually a temporary building it was never
00:07supposed to be up for 50 years um and we we've kept it going to the best of our ability over
00:13those years but it really as you say not just tired but actually actually the space when you
00:19look at the space that children need in a modern classroom we were nowhere near that in the previous
00:26building so to actually be able to adapt the existing building and add on all the things that
00:32would be required for regulations nowadays it was actually working out more cost effective to build
00:38a brand new building purpose built future proof it and i hope it's going to be here for a lot longer
00:43than 50 years and demolish that one and give us the opportunity to do something really incredible
