Thomas Frank said his Tottenham side must be brave on the ball, and described working hard as a non-negotiable

00:00I'm a big believer, I always say this one-liner, if you don't take risk, you also take risk.
00:05So I think it's important that we take risk.
00:09A risk is, for example, if we play a man-man in some situations.
00:14Risk is you need to play forward.
00:16If you don't risk the ball, you can't create anything.
00:19So I'm a big, big believer of that.
00:22We need to be brave.
00:24The players need to be brave when we play and they need to trust themselves.
00:28So I will do my very best to install that trust and the players need to be brave.
00:34For me, if they lose the ball by trying, it's never a problem for me.
00:38Of course, I can react, it's natural.
00:40But they need to do that.
00:44But if they don't work hard, I struggle more with that.
00:47So if they do everything they can and they lose the ball or they try, no problem.
00:51But it's more if they don't work hard, that's my non-negotiable.
00:54So, but we need to take risk.
00:57Of course, if we don't take risk, it's impossible to achieve something big.
