00:00gratitude has the power to multiply what you choose to recognize and so often it's the hidden

00:09blessings the ones you don't immediately see that are actually holding your life together

00:14picture a room filled with different kinds of lights ceiling fixtures soft lamps glowing candles

00:20and tiny bulbs tucked into the corners now imagine only one switch is turned on the room has just

00:27enough glow to let you move about so you assume that's all there is but the moment someone shows

00:33you the rest of the switches everything shifts the light was always there it just hadn't been revealed

00:40that's what blessings can be like it's not always about lacking god's favor sometimes it's simply

00:47that your awareness hasn't been awakened god has already surrounded you with provision with grace

00:54with divine kindness but if your focus stays fixed on what's broken you'll miss what's been whole all

01:02along the enemy knows he doesn't always have to take your blessing to steal from you if he can cloud

01:09your vision numb your gratitude and distort your focus he can still rob you of your joy that's why

01:16gratitude is more than just good manners it's a weapon of the spirit that's why tuning your heart

01:22to god's goodness is not optional it's necessary because what you notice you begin to rejoice over

01:30and what you rejoice over it grows that's why the scriptures say in psalm 68 to 19 blessed be the lord

01:39who daily loads us with benefits the god of our salvation not just weekly not only when life is smooth

01:48but daily each and every day god places something of value into your life even on hard days even on

01:56ordinary days even on the days when you feel let down some blessings are plain to see while others

02:03wait quietly to be discovered like the breath in your lungs the calm in your thoughts the door that

02:10open or the one that stayed closed because god was protecting you many spend a lifetime chasing the

02:19big blessing missing the daily ones along the way but it's often those quiet consistent blessings that

02:25sustain us they add up they strengthen us silently they fill in the unseen gaps in our lives today i invite

02:34you to truly count your blessings with intention with praise with clarity let's take a moment to notice

02:41what has been in your hands in your heart and in your home all along i will also be lifting up a powerful

02:49prayer with you in the mighty name of jesus so stay with me until the end and open your spirit to receive

02:57what god is already releasing let's shift our focus now to what's already been given my friends some

03:04blessings announce themselves with sparkle and celebration but many arrive quietly slipping into

03:11the background of daily life unless we stop to look we may never realize just how much god has already done

03:18as 1 thessalonians 5 18 says in everything give thanks for this is the will of god in christ jesus for you

03:26gratitude gratitude doesn't begin when everything is flawless it begins the moment your eyes open

03:33to the truth that god is already here he's already moving he's already pouring blessings into your life

03:39even in the slow seasons even when what you see feels small there is strength in recognizing what's

03:46still standing there is power in noticing what hasn't fallen apart the enemy wants you consumed by what's

03:53missing but the spirit draws your gaze to what's holding you together it might not resemble the answer

04:01you prayed for but it could be exactly the provision you need right now sometimes we walk past 10 small

04:08miracles while waiting for one big breakthrough we beg for deliverance yet overlook the grace that carried us

04:16through just through just last week god's faithfulness doesn't always come with fireworks sometimes it

04:22arrives quietly in a calm mind and covered bills and food on the table and yes that is his faithfulness

04:29showing up in everyday form one of the biggest threats to recognition is comparison it whispers that your

04:36blessings are insignificant it tricks you into feeling behind even when you're exactly where god has placed you

04:45it shifts your focus outward when it should be lifted up with but when you count your blessings instead of

04:51comparing them peace returns gratitude doesn't mean pretending life is perfect it means seeing god even in

04:58the imperfect it means trusting that you are still being kept in the waiting that you are still being shaped

05:04in the stretching that you are not alone in the silence blessings are not always material things

05:12they are moments of peace in the middle of panic they are wisdom when decisions are hard they are friends

05:19who show up when you're tired they are the silent victories those moments when you almost gave up

05:25but didn't some of your greatest blessings come disguised a door that closed to protect you

05:32a delay that spared you a loss that taught you what truly mattered and so often god's hand is seen most

05:42clearly only when we look back so let your heart pause not to ask for more but to acknowledge what already

05:49is make space in your thoughts to reflect whisper within lord help me notice what you've already done

05:57this isn't about striving it's about shifting your perspective because what you recognize you begin to

06:05treasure and what you treasure you protect gratitude leads to overflow it tells god i see it and when you

06:14prove yourself faithful with what he's given he trusts you with more not because you demanded it but

06:20because you honored it don't let memory fade too quickly don't race through life so fast that you forget

06:27the pity pulled you from you've come so far even if no one noticed you've healed even without applause

06:35you've grown even if it doesn't feel obvious yet most of your blessings will never make headlines

06:41they may never trend but they form the quiet foundation of your life and they remain proof of god's

06:49love his care his favor and his nearness to recognize a blessing is to silence the lie of the enemy

06:58the one that whispers god has forgotten you and when you speak out that recognition your faith is

07:05stirred when you choose to live without awareness you begin to walk in a joy

07:11that no trial can take away let us take a moment now to reflect on what it means to give thanks in every

07:18season gratitude isn't something reserved for the mountaintops of life it isn't anchored in comfort or

07:26convenience it's a spiritual decision holy act even in the midst of hardship being thankful isn't

07:35pretending that pain doesn't pretending that pain doesn't exist it's acknowledging that even in pain

08:01the god of my salvation this is what it looks like to offer praise in every season not because

08:08everything is perfect but because god never changes not because you always feel strong but because he

08:16remains your strength this type of gratitude isn't built on what you can see it's founded on what you

08:23know to be true and what we know is this god is good even when life is not there will be seasons that

08:33feel like setback after setback delays will stretch your patience disappointments will press against your

08:41faith you'll pray and feel no immediate response you'll strive and see no immediate result but even in that

08:49silence god is working he's forming your character he's laying a path you can't yet proceed

08:56the enemy's plan in hardship is to mute your voice to turn your thankfulness into bitterness to drown your

09:03praise in complaints but beloved when you choose gratitude in the middle of the storm something eternal

09:10happens you rise above your surroundings you send a message to every power of darkness watching

09:17my faith is not built on how i feel thankfulness in hard seasons doesn't come naturally

09:24it's a discipline you learn you learn to thank god when you're blessed and when you're broken

09:29you learn to lift your voice when you see the breakthrough and when you're still waiting gratitude

09:35anchors your soul it reminds your spirit who holds all things in his hands you won't always feel grateful

09:42and that's okay god doesn't ask for empty praise he asks for faithful praise the kind that says lord

09:52i trust you even now that kind of worship shifts the spiritual climate it brings peace into places of

10:00chaos it plants hope in barren ground even jesus before the miracle gave thanks before the bread multiplied

10:10he gave thanks before lazarus rose he gave thanks not after before that alone reveals something sacred

10:20gratitude can unlock what hasn't even happened yet it postures your heart to receive what heaven is

10:27already preparing gratitude paves the way for the supernatural when you thank god in advance you're saying

10:34lord i know who you are i know you're faithful i've seen you move before and i trust you will again that

10:43kind of faith-filled gratitude isn't anchored in outcomes it's anchored in relationship it's deeply

10:49personal it's steady and it's powerful some seasons feel heavy because they are shaping you in ways easy

10:56seasons never could you learn how to lean on god you learn to listen more intently you learn to persevere with

11:02endurance and when gratitude becomes your compass in those seasons you don't just survive you transform

11:10you come out stronger more rooted more refined you don't need a pain-free life to be thankful

11:17what you need is a shift in perspective take another look at what's still yours your breath your clarity of

11:24mind your communion with god your capacity to receive truth and walk in it that alone is

11:32reason enough to raise your hands in praise so many wait for perfection before they offer thanks

11:39but perfection isn't what god promised on this side of eternity what he did promise is his presence

11:46and his presence is always enough every morning he wakes you you already have a reason to worship

11:53when gratitude becomes your rhythm it begins to shape your entire outlook you start noticing what's beautiful

12:00you stop amplifying what's broken you stop obsessing over what didn't happen and begin celebrating

12:07what did you stop asking why me and begin declaring thank you lord for sustaining me thanksgiving isn't just

12:17the end of a miracle sometimes it's the very beginning when you give thanks in dry seasons you make room

12:24for rain when you offer gratitude during delays you prepare a place for fulfillment when you praise god

12:33through the pain you open the door for healing to enter let gratitude be the posture of your heart

12:40whatever season you're walking through let your thankfulness rise before the breakthrough arrives

12:46let your worship lead you through the fall through the waiting through the eight because in every season god

12:54is still worthy in every season he deserves your praise not because everything is clear but because he is still

13:02carrying you still whispering to you still sustaining you now let us turn our hearts to the victories we

13:11forget to celebrate my friends some of the greatest breakthroughs in your life when unmarked not because

13:17they lack power but because life rushed on and you were already chasing the next thing there were answers you

13:24received but you never paused to acknowledge them you whispered a quick thank you and kept moving never realizing

13:33that moment was sacred when testimonies go unspoken miracles fade into memory as psalm 77

13:41to 11 says i will remember the works of the lord surely i will remember your wonders of old god's past

13:47faithfulness is more than history it's spiritual fuel every remembrance rekindles your faith every

13:54testimony spoken renews your hope every declaration of what god has done stirs your spirit to believe again

14:02so many of us have cried out for open doors for healing for direction for peace and god answered

14:09but we didn't pause long enough to notice we didn't stop to reflect to mark the moment to give him

14:15glory we moved on too quickly the waiting ended the peace returned the solution came but we were

14:23already chasing the next request you didn't collapse like you feared you didn't lose what you thought

14:29you might you didn't crumble under the weight that my friend is a testimony but did you count it as one

14:35did you name it for what it truly was proof that god was present or did you brush it off as luck as

14:41timing as coincidence the enemy isn't just after your joy he wants your memory because if you forget

14:49yesterday's miracle you'll struggle to believe for tomorrow's if you forget how god showed up before fear

14:57will fill the space when a new challenge comes that's why spiritual memory matters testimonies are not just

15:04stories they are stories they are anchors they remind your heart how god has walked with you

15:10shaped you rescued you you don't need a platform to testify you don't need a pulpit your story can be

15:18whispered in prayer it can be shared with a single friend it can be written in your journal but it must

15:24be remembered and it must be spoken because when your testimony grows quiet so does your expectation

15:32and some of the most powerful testimonies are the ones that never made a sound they weren't dramatic

15:38they weren't loud but they changed everything the job that came right on time the calm that steadied you

15:45while you waited on the doctor's words the conversation that mended a broken heart the door that closed and

15:53spared you from disaster the breakthrough that didn't match what you asked for but turned out to be

15:58exactly what you needed every time you share your testimony you remind yourself god is faithful

17:07now waiting to hear what you've been too quiet about there are people facing battles you've

17:12already come through they're praying prayers you've already seen answered and when you speak up when you

17:19testify something powerful happens their faith is stirred their hope is renewed their hearts are reminded

17:27that god is still moving you don't have to share every detail but don't bury the story some of your

17:34testimonies feel incomplete not because god hasn't finished the work but because you haven't spoken

17:41about what he's already done you might still be waiting for the full picture but he already gave you

17:46part one and part one deserves your praise part one deserves your voice you don't have to wait for

17:54total deliverance to start thanking him every time god moves the moment is sacred even if it happened in

18:02private even if no one else witnessed it that moment was holy and when you speak it out your words

18:09become worship your memory becomes an altar to speak it is to honor him to remember it is to glorify him

18:17so go back count again count the rescues count the prayers answered while you slept count the strength

18:31and don't just count declare write them down speak them out let your home hear the stories let your

18:38children know the god who carried you let your friends feel the weight of what he's done don't edit

18:43your testimony so much that it loses its power speak it with reverence but speak it with truth because

18:51when god is lifted up hearts are changed let your words carry gratitude let your tongue be guided by

18:58remembrance ask the spirit to bring to your mind the blessings you missed in the rush you don't need

19:05a new miracle to testify you only need to remember the last one and speak it with courage before you

19:11chase the next breakthrough pause count what you already hold speak those blessings out loud let gratitude

19:20shape your perspective your perspective your mood your next step you are not empty you are already full

19:27of evidence proof of god's faithfulness don't wait for a perfect moment to give thanks praise him now for
