00:00An attempted murder trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court was dramatically halted and postponed this morning.
00:08Sean Andrews and Deshaun White are charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life
00:16after shots were fired outside a 19th birthday party in Frederick Street, Wolverhampton in September last year.
00:23The trial started last week but Judge Michael Chambers has dismissed the jury today for the defence to gather more evidence required by the prosecution.
00:35The case will now be heard on January 6th, 2026.
