00:00The idea came to me at Christchurch Quay, having a drink with some of the divers that I used to take
00:07out on the charter boat. Realising the charter boat was not performing as it should, I came up
00:16with the idea of a fish and chip after waiting over an hour to get fish and chips from the local
00:22fish and chip shop. As time went on, as a little bit of a designer myself, and being in the
00:31marine industry most of my life, I designed this craft that folds up and arrives, unfolds,
00:41tables and chairs out with a full operational kitchen. And then in the evening, when finished,
00:52it folds back up again, and back to our mooring.
01:07As you've seen, the whole idea of it is compact, and it's easy to set up for the day's activities
01:17by hydraulic rams that lower both sides down where the tables and chairs will sit. Around
01:25the edges there's the rails, which will be covered in to stop children from falling, safety.
01:32At the front of the ramp, the gantry will be attached, for people to come on board. And have a lovely day.
