00:02We was on the phone to the fire brigade and they literally said that they couldn't do anything to help us.

00:06The whole door came off the hinges. It's just being held in with a bolt at the moment.

00:11And this morning, this is how I had to get out, me and two German Shepherds.

00:19As you can see, we kind of took the brunt of it.

00:23This is what we came back to this morning as washing from the bathroom in here.

00:35It started to rain and then the rain started washing over the lip at the edge and at that point we realised it was bad.

00:43There's a bolt on the bottom of the front door and it blew the bolt off and the catch that was in the frame hit the wall so hard.

00:53That's how bad it was. We were stuck inside the full videos, five and a half minutes.
