Greta Thunberg has been deported to Sweden after Israeli forces intercepted the Gaza-bound aid ship Madleen, organized by the Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC). Alongside other activists, including MEP Rima Hassan, Thunberg was detained by the IDF in international waters. Israel dismissed FFC’s claims of “kidnapping,” labeling the mission a publicity stunt and accusing the activists of spreading Hamas propaganda.
