00:00Well, Tom, there's two things there, I think. First, you know, we have spoken about on a number of occasions, the diversity, depth and interconnectedness of the various components within the Vision 2030 program.
00:13And the Housing Sector Development Program is one of the 11 programs of Vision 2030.
00:19And what His Excellency, the minister just shared in the interview was, you know, when he was asked, what is driving all of this growth?
00:30He spoke about the diversity of Vision 2030. And I think this is the critical point.
00:34And a second piece I'll attach there is his comments at the end about the fact that wherever you go in the world now, Saudi Arabia is taking center stage as a destination for investment, tourism, industry.
00:48There's a lot of excitement around the region. And the driving force, I think, behind this sector is the breadth of initiatives that are underway to develop industry,
01:00to attract foreign investors, to provide elevated living standards, to provide investment opportunities, to ease the regulatory burden.
01:09So the culmination of all these initiatives, I think, that have been underway for the last few years are now starting to come to fruition.
01:15And real estate, like many others, is another sector that's benefiting from it.
01:19In the near future, if we happen to see a lot of this sector, how does it bring a lot of justement services?
01:23And that means this почти everybody's seatbelt of the room and the marketers have taken care of.
01:26And that's why it's been worshiping for them here for the last few months.
