00:00Ayushree Di, first of all, welcome to INS.
00:02Thank you so much.
00:04And first of all, you would like to represent Miss India.
00:10And after that, Miss Supra National, Rana Ali, what do you say about that?
00:16How was your journey?
00:18My journey has been really great because I am blessed with people who have believed in me.
00:24My mother has been my constant support.
00:27She has provided me with all the resources, all the love and all the belief for me to reach her.
00:33I've had some incredible mentors.
00:35I have this amazing organization that believes in me.
00:38And most importantly, I feel that this opportunity to represent India and Poland is once in a lifetime opportunity.
00:44And it comes with a lot of responsibility.
00:48And I feel blessed that I am the one who has this opportunity to make India proud.
00:53And I hope that I do justice with that.
00:56Ayushree Ji, I would like to tell you that you are also involved with an NGO.
01:01So, would you like to tell us about Bravehearts NGO?
01:04Bravehearts is my name as a project.
01:08Which I have started as a social cause.
01:11I was seven years old when my father passed away in a road accident.
01:19After that, I realized that it takes a lot of bravery to just grow up and chase your dreams despite all the challenges.
01:28When I was seven, there was no one who told me how to handle the grief.
01:33How do you overcome your emotions? How to feel positive? Because there was no one.
01:38Everybody talked about the physical recovery.
01:40Because you know, we have our hospitals, we have our healthcare system to take care of physical damage.
01:46But is there anyone who talks about the damage that is in our hearts?
01:50There is no space like that.
01:52So, Bravehearts is just my initiative where I want to create that safe place.
01:56Where everyone can talk about the pain.
02:02And it should be so normal because it is okay not to be okay.
02:06And it's very important that we prioritize our mental health.
02:09We talk about our struggles.
02:11Because once we talk about it, that is how only we can overcome them.
02:17As you have studied psychology also,
02:20So, how does this influence your work plus Bravehearts?
02:26I think in psychology, I have learned the best thing that is emotional intelligence.
02:32How can you use your emotions intelligently so that your daily life can be better.
02:38Psychologists taught me that I really have to control my emotions in a way that enhances my performance.
02:45And I feel it's really important because even in professional aspects,
02:49if you are someone who is filled with negativity,
02:52if you are subjected to depression,
02:54I don't think so, you can perform your best.
02:56So, it's very important that you know,
02:58you keep your emotions on track and you spread positivity around.
03:02If you are currently in modeling,
03:09I mean, I have come to modeling.
03:11I mean, I have come to modeling.
03:12So, what is your journey here?
03:14What is your journey here?
03:15What is your journey here?
03:17I think this platform has given me the opportunity to tell my story to the whole world.
03:23And acting and cinema are exactly the same for me.
03:27When someone reaches their story to the people.
03:30So, after this pageant, if I got an opportunity,
03:33I want to create my career in acting.
03:38Because I want to do that in my life that I am entertained.
03:43But at the same time,
03:44with my skills,
03:45if I can entertain the world,
03:47that's an amazing thing for me.
03:49that's an amazing story.
03:50So, I just want to learn an amazing story,
03:52who has worked with that career?
03:54I want to learn a great career,
03:55who has worked with that career?
03:56Who has worked with that career?
03:57Who is worked with that career?
03:58I want to learn an amazing story of that career.
04:00Who has worked with that career?
04:02I feel that Sanjay Leela Bhansali, sir,
04:04is someone who's done a great job,
04:06because they directly saw such a grand film in the way,
04:08Indian cinema.
04:10I think that's the best part about his picture,
04:13and if I get to work with him,
04:15I can show the world that
04:17Indian tradition could be so grand so dynamic and it's it's honestly like a dream to be featured in
04:22his movies. I feel really respected towards Shah Rukh Khan sir because the amount of work he has
04:34done he's legendary and I feel as an actor and also I feel as in terms of life lessons because
04:43he comes across as someone who's very mature and who's someone who's someone who's like wise so I
04:49think Shah Rukh Khan sir. Do you have any relation to your sport? You've played volleyball and basketball
04:59and you've played in the zonal level so what do you have to do with your interest?
05:06So while studying my mom always told me that it's very important that we have
05:12to focus on your physical fitness. Staying healthy because if you have a healthy body
05:17you can do your daily activities in a proper way and routine. So she really pushed me to study well
05:25but at the same time she wanted to do something physical activity that helps me to stay fit.
05:33That's when I dive into sports and basketball has been my favorite sport. I played on zonal level
05:39representing my school back in Delhi and I feel that sports has just given me lessons.
05:44We are disciplined with sports. It shows me that failures are just you know they're just the lessons
05:50so that you can work on yourself and most importantly teamwork. Sports you know the
05:56essence of teamwork is really important. The biggest struggle is the support because I've been
06:14raised by a single mother so it's not very easy for relatives and friends and family to accept that
06:20you know there were points when my mother was told not to send your daughter into this field. There
06:26were a lot of stereotypes attached to it but my mama only focused on my happiness. She did not listen to
06:33any other noise. She listened to what I wanted. So that was one challenge for me to overcome
06:39that I have to work on myself to make me and my mama proud. Second challenge was
06:47it's also a physical challenge because I have worked on myself. I am getting fit every day. Every day
06:53you know I'm making sure that I'm reaching another fitness level so I'm becoming healthier every day.
06:58It takes a lot to you know physically stay fit and lastly is emotional resilience because life is really
07:05fast you know and in this industry people move so fast that sometimes it gets overwhelming. So staying
07:11emotionally strong and just believing in myself is something that I've learned.
07:30I feel you always have control in your life. Social media
07:33I know that if I've posted certain pictures or if I've said something on social media I need to be sure
07:44about it and if people don't agree with me I think that's the part of human society because what makes
07:50us truly diverse is that we have different opinions and that's all right. So whatever you do on social
07:57media do it confidently. Own your presence and all the judgment that comes through it. I think just
08:04accept it because if you get everything positive then I don't think so you are on the right path.
08:10Those criticism is actually important so you learn from it. You grow from it.
08:15Last week, what should you give to your fans?
08:17I would say that the the reason that I'm even asked this question that you should give your fans
08:27because they have supported me that I have reached this level that I sit in front of the camera and I
08:32want to tell every one of them that thank you so much for showering your love on me and all I can
08:38do is promise you guys that I'm going to Poland soon with the title of India and I hope that I make
08:44everyone everyone proud and lastly let's just believe in ourselves. You have been believing in myself.
08:50I hope you believe in yourself and make our lives more beautiful. Thank you so much.
