00:00At Centurion Trust Bank, a normal workday begins.
00:03One of the managers decides to grab a coffee and heads to the kitchen.
00:07Flashes of gunfire flicker in his mind, and the sound of police sirens on the street makes him uneasy.
00:13Later, he enters the lounge just as Detective Tom, anxious, makes his entrance.
00:18Everything seems normal.
00:20The security guards watch the floor, employees handle paperwork, and customers wait their turn when a woman enters.
00:25One of the employees hears the sound from the street and approaches a young woman sitting in the hallway.
00:31I hate sirens because it's your own house on fire, she says.
00:34At that moment, the bank manager calls the young woman into his office, and she walks out nervously.
00:39She finally approaches the counter and hands a deposit slip to a bank employee.
00:44The manager apologizes to Leah Dillon for making her wait.
00:47At the same time, he flirts nervously with the teller, Susan, joking about fire and marshmallows they could roast over the huge blaze.
00:54Help me reach my goal of 10 likes and 5 comments.
00:58Comment as much as you want.
01:00The goal is to achieve it.
01:02Meanwhile, the woman who had entered earlier begins arguing with the teller.
01:06Mary promises to check the accounts, temporarily calming the irate visitor.
01:10That's pretty impossible when I made a large deposit yesterday.
01:13So fix it.
01:14As he walks away, anxious, he asks Tom, the security guard, to keep an eye on things.
01:19Looks like things are getting serious out there.
01:22Mind making sure everyone gets out okay?
01:24At the same time, the manager speaks with Leah, who is applying for a position at the bank.
01:29Her resume lists jobs at large corporations, but there's a gap in her work history.
01:34Leah explains she traveled a lot and taught English to children at a parish in Mexico.
01:39She had to return due to a family member's illness, but assures the manager she is ready to work.
01:44However, the man has a couple of questions to verify this.
01:47We go out.
01:48We do a background check.
01:49It's just a formality, but they're pretty thorough.
01:51Are you expecting any red flags?
01:54Is there any problem?
01:55Leah responds.
01:56In the hallway.
01:57The visitor becomes increasingly hostile, and Mary can't say a word as she scolds the bank for charging the legal penalties.
02:04Outside, the anxious detective walks past three firefighters inspecting their gear and gets into his partner's car.
02:10At the bank, the manager tells Leah about his hiring difficulties.
02:15I mean, it's silly, but since you asked, it's an old building and some people get scared here and they think they hear and see things.
02:21And then I swear to God, it's just people talking and poking their heads in.
02:24Meanwhile, in the hallway, the visitor demands to see the manager.
02:28Susan steps in to handle the situation, accompanied by a security guard.
02:32Other bank employees begin to nervously watch the commotion.
02:36The assistant manager continues his conversation with Leah, who assures him that she is not easily intimidated.
02:42At that moment, Susan confronts the disruptive visitor, pointing out that he isn't even a client of their bank.
02:48Another employee joins the conversation.
02:51Check again.
02:51Is there a problem?
02:52No, there's no problem.
02:54Actually, hey, your life isn't my problem.
02:56Get out of here.
02:57Just then, three firefighters enter the building.
02:59Leah subtly nods at the furious visitor, who suddenly attacks the security guard.
03:05He collapses from a strong blow to the face.
03:08And while everyone struggles to understand the chaos, Leah pulls out a gun and points it at the assistant manager.
03:13The door guard sounds the alarm as he runs toward the counter.
03:17One of the firefighters knocks him out.
03:18The other two take everyone hostage and cover their heads with bags.
03:22It is revealed that the disruptive visitor is Leah's sister.
03:25Bea collects the hostages' phones,
03:27while another accomplice sprays the security cameras with paint.
03:30The third forces a guard to respond to a police inquiry, assuring them everything is under control.
03:36However, the guard has no choice but to comply.
03:38The anxious detective decides to check the bank, but his radio suddenly emits a voice.
03:44We have a robbery in progress.
03:46Please send the police.
03:47Everything is happening right now.
03:49They're in the building.
03:50They're taking hostages.
03:51Inside the bank, a robber orders the tellers to open the vault while his accomplice continues covering the cameras.
03:58Leah confronts the manager, urging him not to act heroically, reminding him of his family.
04:03Meanwhile, in the hallway, one of the robbers scolds Bea for attacking the guard, insisting they agreed not to hurt anyone.
04:10Bea dismisses his concerns, saying there's no room for subtleties here.
04:13The third accomplice orders the tellers to open the vault.
04:16The terrified women work agonizingly slow.
04:20When they finally manage to unlock it, the thief pushes them inside, holding Mary at gunpoint.
04:25He watches as Susan tries to open the safe.
04:28Her trembling hands fail to insert the key.
04:31Frustrated, he swaps the women.
04:33Are you okay?
04:34Don't get nervous.
04:35I get nervous too.
04:36Mary finally opens a small safe.
04:38Meanwhile, in the hallway, a bank manager tries to escape, but is shot in the knee.
04:44Leah rushes to help, trying to stop the bleeding.
04:46But he runs off and screams.
04:48Another robber, Michael, knocks him unconscious.
04:51He removes his mask and begins to bandage the wound while apologizing to the victim.
04:56Another larger safe remains locked, and Susan's nerves make her lose the combination.
05:01She finally opens the large safe, but it only contains a small amount of cash.
05:06The robbers argue about their next move.
05:08Two men take off their masks as Leah urges them to, but Bea remains still.
05:12The sister's disagreement intensifies and turns into a fight.
05:16However, Michael sides with Leah and suggests they leave before someone gets seriously hurt
05:21or the police are alerted, but Cyrus raises his gun and refuses to leave empty-handed.
05:26Leah points her gun at him, and tensions reach a boiling point.
05:30Suddenly, a hostage, the assistant manager, offers his help.
05:34I'm the assistant manager.
05:35I know this bank inside and out.
05:37To prove his sincerity, he reveals the location of the alarm button and advises them to disable
05:42it quickly, as transactions must be logged into the database and verified with the manager's
05:47PIN.
05:48Otherwise, the alarm will be triggered.
05:50He promises to help if they make sure no one else gets hurt.
05:53Bea agrees and takes the bag off her head.
05:55The man disables the alarm and reveals the location of the additional cash.
05:59Where is it?
06:00The rest of the money is downstairs.
06:02That's where the real money is in the old vault.
06:04You can get in there.
06:05It's a private vault.
06:06It's part of the old bank.
06:07We just keep it.
06:07It's old-fashioned.
06:08It's not even on the grid.
06:09Kramer admits he has the tools to open any door, and Cyrus reminds everyone about the
06:14massive fire they started and how it has drained all police resources.
06:18Also, the employee mentions the total amount of money in it.
06:21Six million in cash.
06:23At the end of the basement hallway, there is a locked door.
06:26Here it is.
06:26Bea and the others remain upstairs to monitor through the surveillance cameras and prevent
06:31anyone from being shot while retrieving the money.
06:34Afterwards, Michael will go down to create a hole in the pipe that will serve as his escape
06:38route and escorts the employee to a separate office from where he can observe the couple
06:43through the surveillance feed.
06:44Meanwhile, Bea and Kramer arrive in the basement and locate the necessary door.
06:49Upstairs, Michael watches over the hostages, who become irritated when they try to talk to
06:54him.
06:54Leah locks them in the vault for a moment, but silence reigns.
06:58Soon, Susan speaks up, asking to be accompanied to the downstairs bathroom.
07:02Kramer and Bea discover a metal door equipped with wheel locks, indicating the vault's security
07:08level.
07:09After examining it, Kramer admits it will take at least 20 minutes to get in.
07:13Bea walks away to explore the basement while Kramer begins working on the door.
07:17Suddenly, the building's lights begin to flicker.
07:19Leah asks Cyrus to watch over the assistant manager while she checks on hostages.
07:24Looking outside, she realizes there are police cars parked in front of the bank, with a guard's
07:29radio transmitting a query about the situation inside.
07:32Meanwhile, Michael accompanies Susan to the bathroom, and she tries to start a conversation
07:37with him.
07:38Embarrassed, he admits he would also find it impossible to use the bathroom under observation.
07:43Leaving her in the stall, he goes to the sink, washes his hands, and chats nervously.
07:48In the basement, Kramer works diligently on the vault door as the lock begins to give way.
07:53The flickering lights intensify and alarm Leah.
07:57V, still exploring the basement, thinks she sees a face in one of the old storage rooms.
08:02Michael, washing his hands, reveals that one of his fingers is bandaged and still bleeding.
08:08Susan tries to connect again, insisting that he is not a bad person.
08:11He promises Susan that no one will get hurt today and tells her to return to the hallway.
08:15When Leah sees Michael bringing Susan back, she scolds him for straying from the plan.
08:20What's going on?
08:21Why aren't you cutting the pipe?
08:23I'm going right now.
08:24We need to make sure we have a way out of here.
08:26Her anxiety increases as she struggles to understand how the police discovered the thief.
08:31Michael heads to another part of the basement to cut the pipe for his escape route, but V
08:35intercepts him, admitting that she saw something disturbing downstairs and feels uneasy.
08:40I don't know what the hell you think Michael is going to like.
08:43Sneaking out the back with a bunch of money and everything will go back to being like dandy.
08:47We'll buy some big mansions in Steelwood Park and maybe get some margaritas and lie down
08:52on my mother's grave and be one big happy family again.
08:55Cyrus takes charge of protecting the hostages while the sisters monitor Kramer's progress
09:00in the basement.
09:01Michael finds the pipe they need and starts setting up his tools.
09:04Finally, Kramer successfully unlocks the vault, but the lights suddenly go out.
09:09He sees two figures with dirty bags over their heads in the hallway.
09:13Leah and V try to communicate with Kramer, but the radio fails and the surveillance feed
09:18shows no one but him.
09:20As Kramer looks for his weapon, the figures in front of him multiply and the flickering
09:24lights grow more intense.
09:26The sisters stare at the lamps.
09:27Kramer is dragged into an old storage room.
09:30Michael hears his terrifying screams.
09:32The sisters are truly terrified.
09:34Leah asks Cyrus to count the hostages.
09:36The lights flicker again and the door to the room where the hostages are slammed shut,
09:41trapping V.
09:42Leah calls Michael, who has the master key, to bring them immediately.
09:47Meanwhile, Cyrus notices a person with a white mask among the captives and grabs a rifle.
09:52The lights flicker and Cyrus watches in horror as the group of captives in dirty bags grows
09:57in number and advances toward him.
09:59The lights come back on and the doors open.
10:01Cyrus is nowhere to be seen and the hostages remain seated as before.
10:06Meanwhile, Michael finds Kramer's lighter and then discovers Kramer tied to a chair with
10:11his eyes gouged out.
10:12Upon hearing Michael, Kramer begs him not to do it and then drills into his own skull.
10:17Leah confronts the assistant manager.
10:19Don't lie.
10:20Short answers.
10:21What the hell is going on down there?
10:23I swear to God, I don't know.
10:24At that moment, the phone rings.
10:26Leah answers and the anxious detective demands to speak with whoever is in charge to resolve
10:31the situation.
10:32Seeing the police preparing to storm the building, Leah responds and demands 30 minutes.
10:37Otherwise, the hostages will die.
10:39V. searches for her accomplices downstairs but finds nothing.
10:43Leah interrogates Susan, who recounts horrifying details.
10:47There's something down there in the basement, the vault.
10:50Nobody goes down there, not even security.
10:52Because of what happened in 1982, a man tried to rob the bank.
10:57The man was disturbed.
10:57He kept them as hostages for days.
11:00He made them shoot each other, starting with a big manager.
11:03Leah doesn't believe her, breaks a desk lamp, and threatens to disfigure her.
11:08Michael interrupts, reporting Kramer's death and insisting they leave because something
11:12is wrong with the place.
11:13V. suddenly appears with a bag of money.
11:15She is informed about Kramer's death.
11:17Although they are in the presence of the police, she dismisses it, claiming they made it.
11:22However, Leah examines the bills.
11:24This is everything.
11:25It's from 1982.
11:26Every bill is from 1982.
11:29Every single bill.
11:30Leah notices a red laser sight on her sister's chest.
11:34A shot from outside shatters the window, but Leah pushes V to the ground, saving her life.
11:40The assistant manager hesitates, telling V that Leah is crazy and not trustworthy.
11:45He insists that unless V acts, people will die.
11:48However, V assures him that no one will get hurt.
11:51The phone rings again.
11:52Leah realizes the situation is getting out of control.
11:55She interrogates the guard, trying to understand why the police opened fire.
12:00The guard advises Leah to release the hostages to save herself.
12:04Meanwhile, Michael finishes cutting the pipe and hears moans and cries for help.
12:09Leah notices the indicator for an outgoing call on the office phone.
12:12She picks up the receiver and listens.
12:14This is, we have a robbery in progress at 234 Vista.
12:19Please send police to PR right now in the building.
12:22She drops the phone.
12:23She looks out the window and sees the anxious detective.
12:26Meanwhile, Michael finds a wounded woman on the ground.
12:29But suddenly, she transforms into a charred corpse and approaches him.
12:33Leah answers the call from the anxious detective.
12:36What are you doing, detective?
12:37Listen to me.
12:38We saw what we thought was a civilian in distress and an order was given.
12:41But you have my word we will pull back.
12:43I don't want anyone to get hurt, including you.
12:46You have my word.
12:47At the same time, Viv goes down the stairs to look for her brother and discovers Cyrus' headless body.
12:52Leah walks out and releases one of the hostages, demanding to know who contacted the police.
12:58Anxious assures her that they received a vague message over the radio and that no phone calls were made.
13:03Leah returns to the phone and listens to the message again.
13:06Hello, this is C.
13:07We have a robbery in progress.
13:08At 3, please, please.
13:11Send the police right now.
13:12They are in the building as soon as possible.
13:14In the basement, Viv sees Michael pouring gasoline on the floor.
13:17She begs him to escape the bank, but he refuses to leave.
13:21He finds the exit while Michael sets the hallway on fire, trying to block the pursuer's escape route.
13:26Upstairs, the fire alarm goes off.
13:28Now, they have to enter.
13:30The police have no other choice.
13:32Leah releases the hostages, grabs a bag of money, and heads to the basement.
13:37Despite the bank security guard's warnings begging her not to go, the police storm the building and shoot Leah.
13:43She falls on the stairs and injures her leg, but continues toward the pipeline.
13:47Everyone flees, except the assistant manager, who silently watches Leah leave.
13:52Meanwhile, Michael continues setting fire to the bank as Leah reaches the pipeline.
13:58As she opens the pipe, she suddenly hears Michael's voice and heads to the old vault.
14:03The door begins to close, trapping her with the ghosts of the hostages, but Michael arrives just in time to save her.
14:09He tells her to run and promises to hold the ghosts back.
14:12Leah, disguised in a firefighter's uniform, is attacked by the man with the white mask and the ghosts of the hostages.
14:18Michael sets fire to the surrounding area, allowing Leah to escape through the pipe.
14:23The next day, Leah drives down a dirt road, listening to a radio report about the armed robbery and the fire.
14:29The report states that the robbers died in the fire.
14:32Suddenly, Bea stops her on the road.
14:34Leah shows her the bag of money as Bea realizes Michael is dead.
14:38The sisters cry, mourning their brother.
14:40Meanwhile, Ancioso continues his investigation.
14:43He reviews the images of the thieves' deaths, where only the thieves themselves are seen.
14:48No one can identify the assistant manager, who guided the thieves to the old vault.
14:53The witnesses try to remember something about the man who had detailed knowledge of the bank's security system, but they find nothing.
14:59Susan, who has worked at the bank for 10 years, does not remember such an employee.
15:04However, she suddenly recognizes him in a photo on the wall of the police station.
15:09The man shown in the past here screams behind a door and picks up a phone.
15:12The figure with the white mask appears and puts a gun to his head.
15:16Susan points to the photo, identifying him as the same man.
15:20That's not possible.
15:21He was one of the victims of the 1982 robbery.
15:23He was the one who made the infamous call heard by many people before being shot.
15:28On the road, Leah tries to start the car, but nothing happens.
15:31Leah opens the hood, and suddenly the radio starts playing a song that was popular during the 1982 robbery.
15:37While Leah struggles with the ignition, Bea closes the hood, and Leah sees the man in the mask, standing behind Bea.
15:44That's how they all went to heaven.
15:46The end.
