00:00Lusot na sa mapangusig na committee ng Commission on Appointments ang pagtatalaga kay Secretary Vince Dyson bilang Kalihim ng Department of Transportation. Narito ang report.
00:13Lusot na sa Commission on Appointments panel ang interim appointment ni Secretary Vince Dyson bilang Kalihim ng Department of Transportation. Kusaan mula rito, ito ay iaakit na sa plenaryo ng CA.
00:23There is a motion to recommend to the plenary for the Commission to confirm the interim appointment of Secretary Brinas Dyson II. As Secretary of the Department of Transportation, there is no objection and the motion has been seconded. The Chair hears none. The motion is hereby approved.
00:42Bago nito, para maiwasan anya na masaya ang oras sa deliberasyon, tiyanong ng Sen. Joel Villanueva kay Dyson kung siya ba ay mananatili sa pwesto.
00:50Kasunod na rin ito ng Direktiba ng Pangulo sa lahat ng miyembro ng Gabinete na mag-sumite ng kanilang courtesy resignation.
