00:08To put oneself in situations or relationships that impede one's growth, that's what is wrong.

00:14Ask yourself, are my relationships, are my decisions good for my inner growth?

00:20Will they lead to an inner clarity and freedom?

00:23Or will they aggravate my existing bondages?

00:28Because I am already in trouble.

00:30So one has her eye firmly on the goal and the goal is freedom from bondages.

00:38On the yardstick of this goal, all of one's decisions are to be weighed and assessed.

00:47Let there be no other consideration.
