00:00Seem Sukhu criticized BJP over the economic condition of the state

00:30Which is made available to those states whose economic condition is not good and these states were not formed on the basis of their economic condition

00:40So what kind of situation will a state be in which after eleven thousand crores, it is left with RDG of 32

00:48And the GST compensation system, i.e., the tax that was received on bat and excise duty in Himachal Pradesh before the implementation of GST

01:00It was approximately around 5000 crores

01:02GST regime was implemented and after the implementation of our GST regime, all the bat excise was stopped.

01:11Today, we used to earn 4 to 5000 crores in the form of GST from Baddi and other places across the country.

01:20The match cost Rs 1500 crore and the government gave Rs 32 crore as GST compensation cess every year to cover it.

01:30And that too got closed in June 2022, yet despite the difficult financial conditions, we are engaged in strengthening the economy of the country

01:41In last two years and five months we have earned additional revenue of approximately 3000 crore from Dhai

01:52which was looted through the backdoors of Brusta Char, besides whatever else was part of the wealth

02:06Only 37% of the population got its benefits.

02:12We formed a government which had a debt of Rs 75,000 crores

02:18Government employees should have 6th Pay Commission liabilities of Rs 10,000 crore

02:23Slowly slowly we are trying to remove it

02:26I believe that now the economy has taken a little bit of the right direction

02:31Our economy will be stronger in the coming times

02:35And to achieve that goal we are taking some decisions

02:39They are taking tough decisions which some people are not able to understand

02:42Our government's plan is to provide employment to the youth in Himachal Pradesh

02:50Around 2100 young Satyanarayanas have been given employment today in the first Wal Ban Vivaag

02:58And forest friends protect the forests to save them from fire

03:04And to protect the illegal cutting that takes place, point letters have been issued to the friends living on the beat near their homes

03:152100 young people got employment today, out of which 55% are daughters

03:23So I would like to say that in order to make proper use of our resources and to get some protection, it was necessary to do this type of beat wise point whose passing out ceremony took place today.
