Several transport groups led by the Pagkakaisa ng mga Samahan ng Tsuper at Operator Nationwide (PISTON) and Manibela have started their four-day protests in different parts of Metro Manila on Monday June 2, calling for the complete stop to the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) being implemented by the national government to combat traffic congestion. 02:11At kung ano, yung mga ipapataw nyo sa amin, dapat ito muna. Ito muna dapat, ang inuna.
02:19Saka isa, hindi para sabihin mali ito, kundi merong mali sa pulisya. Maganda yung naging reaksyo namin pagdating dun sa pagkakaroon ng disiplina.
02:30Kitang-kita natin lahat, yun namin tinututulan. Pero always remember, ginawa itong NCAP hindi lamang para madisiplinan tao, kundi gumaang yung trafiko.
02:40So, ito ngayong mga rider na ito, kaya nandi dito, wala nang kinikita ito, naglalabas na yung motorcycle taxi.
02:47Diba? Gusto natin papabilis ang biyahe. Kaya ngayon, paano gagawin natin sa kanila?
02:52Hindi na sila kumikita dahil napakabagal.
02:55So, yung mga sumasakay sa kanila, nakakaaway na nila.

04:14And then, as the Supreme Court, na sana liwanagin nila, ano ba talaga ang ibinigay ng order sa Metro Manila Development Authority?
04:22At yung efekto po nito sa aming mga drivers at operators, papaano mo madidisiplina yung isang nagkakumit ng traffic violation kung ang mapapadalhan ng notice of violation ay yung operator na kung saan nakapangalan doon sa kanyang plaka at hindi naman yung driver.
04:44So, ang maiipon lang ng maiipon itong notice of violation at hindi pa rin na isasalin ito doon sa kanilang mga pangalan.
04:52So, ang mape-penalize lang yung operator at kung lalo na kung malipa yung address o lumipat na ng address,
04:58yung operator na padadala ng notice of violation, maiipon lamang ito.
05:03At ang repercussion po nito, hindi na kami lalong makakapag-renew ng rehistro at ng aming mga prangki sa pagdating po ng araw.
05:11Dahil patong-patong na po yung magiging multa namin na hindi po masisettle.
05:16Dahil nga po, mali yung pinadalang ng notice of violation, mali yung address,
05:20malalaman na lang namin na patong-patong na yung aming violation kapag kami ay nagrehistro.
05:27Pangalawa po, sinuspend ng Pangulo yung dahilan ng temporary lifting ng TRO ng NCAP,
05:38which is yung rehabilitation ng EGSA.
05:41Sinuspend na yung rehabilitation, sinuspend na rin ng MMDA ang ad-even scheme
05:48na kung saan magpapahirap lalo sa ating ekonomiya.
05:51Pero bakit yung NCAP nananatiling nandiyan dyan at hindi po binabawi?
