00:00When you have to make some decision and maybe you're faced with some anxiety concerns,
00:04how do you tackle those?
00:06Thought by itself never comes to a conclusion.
00:09The nature of thought is self-serving.
00:12Thought wants to roll on.
00:14Thought wants to continue.
00:17And thought can continue only if the problem that the thought is addressing continues.
00:22So it is in the interest of thought to let problems continue.
00:25Which means you cannot end your problems by thinking about them.
00:30You have to act.
00:31That does not mean that you become thoughtless or mindless and you keep thinking aside.
00:36That simply means that you realize the limits of thought.
00:39And if you can realize the limits of thought, your anxiety too will have limits.
00:44Not that anxiety will reduce to zero, but it will have limits.
00:49The limits of thought will become the limits of anxiety.
00:52Act.
