00:00To clarify, I think many misunderstood the word bloodbath, and many didn't want to understand, refused to understand what it meant.

00:15We have always said that the impeachment is a political persecution, it is the administration going after me after I resigned from the cabinet.

00:28And if it's a persecution, it's some sort of crucifixion against me.

00:35And so when there's a crucifixion, there's blood.

00:38So it's a bloodbath, my bloodbath.

00:43So I'm just sad that many people refuse to understand the context wherein I give statements.

00:54Yes, ma'am.

00:57What does the public expect you from the private and the personal note?

01:04How are you preparing yourself emotionally and mentally for what lies inside?

01:09From the defense, the people can expect that they will do their utmost, their best in protecting the rights, my rights, as an accused in an impeachment trial.

01:27And they will do their utmost as well to answer the allegations, the accusations.

01:34They have prepared for this since 2023.

01:39And how am I preparing myself mentally and emotionally?

01:46Well, emotionally, I don't feel anything at all anymore about the impeachment.

01:51Because the first time I heard it in November 2023 from the mouth of former Congressman Castro, I was already preparing for it.

02:09Physically, I prepare for everything by making sure that I get the eight hours of sleep and the vitamins that the doctors recommend that I take.

02:24Hey, ma'am.

02:25Ma'am, do you believe that the legal enforcement of the Philippines and the qualified decides

02:33that do you believe a fair trial is still possible in this case?

02:37For the impeachment?

02:38Of course not.

02:40We already saw that they were trying to fish evidence from the budget hearing.

02:48As we heard former Congresswoman Kimbo say, let's stick to our plan.

02:55So there was already a plan of fishing evidence from that budget hearing.

03:01When they failed to get evidence from the budget hearing, they proceeded to investigate in aid of legislation about confidential funds.

03:15And yet, it was only the office of the vice president that was invited to that hearing in aid of legislation.

03:24And no other department was invited to speak about confidential funds.

03:29And what they did there was harass, threaten our staff from the office of the vice president.

03:38So you can see the pattern here.

03:40And then when they failed to get evidence from that investigation in aid of legislation,

03:47they proceeded to just file the articles of impeachment from which we can see that there were three articles of impeachment

04:01that was filed wherein they did not follow the procedure.

04:06And there is a question as well about the verification.

04:11Because how fast did you get signatures of 300 plus congressmen in just a span of a few hours

04:17wherein we question if the members of the House of Representatives who signed read the articles of impeachment?
