00:38We have the greatest military in the world.
00:40We have the greatest leaders in the world.
00:43We put one of them in charge of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as you know, General Raisin
00:47Cain.
00:49And we wiped out ISIS, completely wiped out ISIS in three weeks.
00:53They said it would take five years, and we did it in three weeks.
00:57And that's the way it is.
00:58But we don't want to have to use our military.
01:00We want to be peace through strength when we can.
01:04And that's the way we're going to have it.
