Man City chairman not bothered with clubs 'copying' City Football Group model

Khaldoon Al Mubarak said other clubs replicating Man City's business model means they are on the right track

00:09But I think overall, I think one of the things that I think gives us confidence

00:15is how many similar models now are following our CFG model.

00:21There's a lot of other groups now that are pursuing what we have built at City Football Group,

00:27which tells you, I think there's an appreciation right now that this is a good model,

00:32and it's a model that's effective, and it's a positive model.

00:35So we're very happy with that.

00:36I think, you know, I don't think, you know, it's not copying or anything.

00:40It's actually when you do something well and people do it also, it's a good thing.

00:43It means you're on the right track.

00:44And I think we are on the right track in the way this group is being managed.
