00:03this creamy chicken alfredo with Bertoli alfredo sauce in less than 20 minutes.
00:08It's so tasty you'll be making it every week. This is so good. Just get a chicken
00:12breast, put cling film over it and smash it with whatever you have till it's even
00:16thickness throughout. Put a tiny bit of olive oil over it, season with the
00:19ingredients listed, repeat on the other side and thoroughly rub it in. Get a pan
00:23and set it to medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add a bit of oil and drop
00:27your chicken in. Let it cook for five minutes untouched. While that's going on,
00:30start cooking spaghetti in boiling salted water. Flip the chicken and cook for
00:34another five minutes. Take it off and let it rest for at least five minutes before
00:38slicing it to seal the juiciness in the chicken. Now in the same pan set to
00:42medium heat, add some of the pasta water to deglaze the pan and half a jar of
00:45Bertoli alfredo. Add your cooked spaghetti, bit more of the pasta water if required
00:50incorporated and you'll get this creamy spaghetti. Plate it up, add your chicken
00:54on top, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley and it's ready to eat.
