00:22While helping her parents on the farm, she noticed wild fruits and vegetables often went to waste,
00:29a realization that sparked her idea to better utilize local resources.
00:35After receiving formal training, she launched Soymfi, a food processing unit
00:40that now produces a wide range of locally crafted products
00:44with the help of her mother and a team of rural women.
00:50And we have, right now we have 37 products.
00:53We have pickles, candies, banana chips and fermented barrages, jam and jelly.
00:59My mom, my mother, she's a master trainer and from there I also went to different training
01:10in the College of Food Technology and from there recently I also went to Nagpur for a citrus training
01:18and through them we are doing this one.
01:20These small food processing units have created employment opportunities for local women
01:29who are now proudly contributing to their family incomes.
01:34Working here, we earn money which make us self-employed, give us more confidence because we are earning money.
