00:08Well, as Ambassador Bolton, once the national security adviser to the President Trump,

00:15he said that Trump doesn't have neither grand strategy nor small strategy.

00:21So he is just feeling this way.

00:23He is driven by some advice from his inner circle, who are not really competent people,

00:31like Steve Vitkoff, who is actually a special representative for the Middle East,

00:36but it happened to be that he is in charge of the talks between Americans and Russians.

00:43And given the ideas that Mr. Vitkoff brought from the Kremlin, it's clear he has zero clue

00:49about the Russian history, Ukrainian history, and the depths of this conflict.

00:55So that's why what we can judge is the just, I would say, erratic messaging and erratic actions of Mr. Trump,

01:05even though he has a genuine, let's say, noble belief and noble desire to bring this war to an end.
